This is a one-shot version of a story I have now greatly expanded into a novella-length story with more fleshed out characters and generally more content overall.

I unfortunately couldn't figure out how to link to the new version directly, but it can be found in my stories.

Daria is a woman who's sick of being walked out on, and only wishes to love and be loved in return. After rescuing a tiny and falling in love with him, she learns that despite the affection he feels toward her, he still intends to eventually leave her and move on with his life. Distraught at the very idea, she tries to convince him that all humans besides her are murderous monsters, and that staying in her loving hands is simply the safest, best option for her tiny beloved.


NOTE: Despite the story's premise, it isn't a cruel story. In fact, I deliberately avoided giving readers an objective view of the world so it is up to you to decide whether or not Daria's actions are for the best.

It begins with a peculiarly small Bosmer, far far north of the main Skyrim province, in a small but bustling Nord town, on a remote, frozen island in the middle of nowhere...

In a world where humans have been driven to the brink of extinction by a tiny but exceedingly numerous race known as tomkins, young and inexperienced adventurer Liese must travel into lands unknown to mete out her violent retribution against the ones who killed her family, along with any other tomkins that get in her way: to her, the little ones are nothing more than food, playthings, and receptacles for her pent up anger. When she meets another tomkin with a grudge against the same targets, however, the very foundations of her disdain for their kind could be challenged...
