Chloe is a college student who is into cosplay.   When she gains actual superpowers, she decides to become a crimefighter, for real.

Motivated by a traumatic experience during her childhood, she sets out to impose some vigilante justice. 

Among her new superpowers is the ability change her size, change other people's sizes (and even shapeshift them a little) and to make toys "come to life," and discovers that her favorite doll from her childhood has stored memories; memories which bring them together now as friends, allies, and teammates in fighting crime.   And, some healing of old wounds as well.

Follow the story of a 22-year old guy who slowly (but in bursts) shrinks down to 1/2000th of his original height, like so many others. He's always known that he would likely eventually shrink, but that doesn't mean he's truly prepared for it. Luckily, he has some allies he can count on in the form of his older sister, his best friend, and mutual friends that mean well.... but don't always act the same to a shrinkee as they would a regular person.

Inspired by essentially every virus-related shrinking story I've ever read, with a few of them standing out. If you recognise elements from anyone's work: I'm sorry. Summary:

A collection of chapters surrounding one particular civilization in a world where there are two sentient species: humans and nanos. This particular civilization is owned by a pair of lovely ladies, who the nanos view as their guardian goddesses. Nanos live on a scale that is one million times smaller than the human one, meaning they stand around 1.5-2 micrometers in height. Reversely, the humans appear to be a colossal 1500-2000 kilometers tall to the nanos.
