Since you want advice on where to take this, I'll throw down. Sarah gets tired of Mike's insults and obscenities.  She tells Mike that she is going to punish him by making him an unwilling participant in her sexual interactions with Jake. Mike, ever clueless about his lack of agency, continues to verbally abuse Sarah. Once Jake arrives, Sarah places Mike in a shot glass and jerks off Jake, who unloads into that shot glass. What would Mike's thoughts will be as Sarah aims the cock in his direction? What does Jake think of all this?

Maybe Mike will learn not to be so insulting. 

Chapter 16 can’t be the end. The cliffhanger is too great.  Why is Sarah “smirking” when she says she won’t let Jake’s dick get too close to her husband?  The readers need to know!!   Amazing story. 

This is a well written story.  Great unaware action. But the title is misleading because it’s not “cuck”.  Cuck requires awareness and humiliation. But still a great story. Five stars. But I can only give it four stars because the title is wrong.
