Half an inch is way too big to be able to be on someone and them not notice, much less be able to say they are 'planet like'. Both of these are <1/32th inch size ranges at best.

I think it's okay to cut to the reality-controlling mind-warping eternal idle torture parts, since thats what makes these stories great, but I think spending a bit more time on describing what is happening, how it looks, how the people involved feel etc. goes a long way toward making it feel more concrete and engaging than "then A happened then B happened then...".  Feel free to hit me up for ideas or proofreading etc.

Good stuff. Would have liked to see some different scenarios for people accidentally being reduced to different kinds of fluids, maybe varying from thin liquids that can get soaked into sneakers or socks, to thick gelatinous ones that could behave like gum and get caught up on shoe soles or played with like playdoh.

Oh, wow, that's a surprise! It's been many years since I wrote here. I'm glad you enjoyed my stories. I would like to submit more some day - I've had something on the back-burner for some time, but I can't make any promises as to when it'll be ready.

Good so far! Hope to see more like this.

Couple of thoughts:

1. I find it hard to believe she'd leave the sub in such a scenario - surely she knows she's safer inside it, and that it's the only way she can re-grow, and given the amount of size she has inside (multiple rooms, enough for a whole crew), it seems unlikely she'd run metres (her size) to jump out into more danger.

2. If the sub can't be regrown inside a person (for obvious safety reasons - good inclusion for world building), then it might be interesting to expand this to say it has sensors preventing it from regrowing in any area too small, which might provide a way for normal-sized characters to force the protagonist to stay small in the sub, or as a threat to make her change it to be smaller etc.
