I am still wondering why Michelle is doing all this with Nick. I can't help but to think that maybe is because she has a crush on him-- wants to 'train' him and change him so she could own him and control him in every way possible. I find the way she tease and torture him somewhat different from the way others girls could do to someone she didn't liked. Maybe is just my imagination.
Or maybe she is simply using him in her experiment to see how much she can change his social status while improving herself, not caring at all about him. Just because she can.
I find fun to ponder about these things on characters. Heh
I really love this story, slow growth/shrinking is my fave. Great work!

That's awesome, man :). Glad you enjoy thinking about these things. Because the next several chapters pretty much focus on this -- taking Nick on an emotional roller coaster ride as he tries to discern Michelle's true intentions. That's what has been making the next chapters so hard to write, and why I'm constantly going back and changing things -- it's a tough balancing act, deciding what sentiments Michelle should reveal to Nick, and how soon. But I think this will make for a much more interesting story than it would be otherwise. And hopefully once you read it you'll agree!

I understand why people are feeling sorry for him, I would be more surprised if most wouldn't. Well, I also felt sorry for him sometimes. Also feel the overwhelming feeling of power, confidence and excitement Michelle feels each time she grows or realizes how much more of her fills his mind and body.
And this is exactly why immersion is such a wonderful thing. To almost feel what he feels, all the humiliation and such. I believe Michelle have a massive crush on Nicky. A very very unhealthy one. I believe she truly wants to own him. What most people forget is that 'love' isn't always demonstrated in caring gestures and acts. Nicky had his chance to have a gentle Michelle in the past, but he was a dick. He humiliated her, he hurt her both physically and mentally in a cruel way. But she is very very clever and intelligent, I think she realized this type of approach wasn't the right one to have him. To truly have Nick Avery for herself.
Now Nicky have to pay for his mistakes, and endure this new Michelle. The towering goddess who found the perfect way to break him and have the man she wished. I would be more sad if she turned to be all gentle with him right now, I would feel inclined to stop reading. Don't get me wrong, I love gentle stories. But I it would be so weird, for me, not making any sense if Michelle suddenly changed her approach to the old one. Nick over and over showed how much he 'tries' in vain to take advantage of her fake gentle side. She knows this. He just want her to be his trophy, he don't want to belong to her. I don't know how much of what I said is true, it is what I believe.
This is why, even though it's not my fave genre, I'm loving this story. Because its make sense to me, its exciting and well written. This is what separates a good story from a bad one for me. And this is a wonderful one.
Just my thoughts. Heh n.n Don't mind what I say, I just like, and feel the need, to speak/write what is in my mind sometimes.

I am trying to understand Holly and Adela, but with each new chapter these characters seem to grow more rich and complex. Its driving me crazy. Hah Especially Holly, I am still trying to figure what future she holds for Martin, from many things I can think of, some may seem kinda obvious others not so much... Maybe he is indeed the kind of good boy she seeks, like she said, the kind of slave (or pet) she desires to keep to help with certain tasks or feelings that only a very few people in ours lives can fill. Maybe. She seems like a very lonely woman after all. From the way she talked with her husband, and her feelings about him and their marriage with Martin, at the first chapter, seemed to be an event which marked her life and she can't forget. Enough to keep him with her during all this time and put these emotions into physical punishment against him. Just my thoughts.

I don't know, there is something in Adela that makes me want to doubt her actions. Since she said that everything was just a game. It's easy for someone to sacrifice some pawns (or realize some of Martin's requests and try to befriend him) in order to achieve something greater in future. Holly and Adela don't appear to be very close, she doesn't even call her 'mother', at leat not too much from what I noticed. Martin certainly has a very strong willed mind, maybe is something both Holly and Adela desires a lot at the moment. It's so easy for most men or women to fall in temptation, with Holly/Adele's power this temptation looks so absurdly greater that is enough to make them even desire to lose humanity and live only to these carnal feelings (I can think of many people from ours giantess community). Others that don't apply to these feelings, certainly would lose their mind to fear, chaos and despair. I can think that only a very few people that would try to adapt and live this new life as best, happy and healthy as they could. I can't help but to picture Martin being a very valuable piece in their game and both of them are somehow fighting for him.

Scott can't deny that this is a very tempting offer, as I can see that he is clearly being greatly affected physically and psychologically by the harsh treatment of his mother and even his little sister.
Not to mention the exciting feeling of being together with a cute young girl like Janie slowing dominating him, he may seem to resist but after that kiss and other things that may happen I don't think his strength will last long. At leat she isn't domineering like his mother and little sister, maybe he can have a better life with her indeed. She may really like and love him. A different life, being a small human 'boyfriend' that belongs to a young girl, maybe she could start to see him differently after a while, as a little pet or something else, she will be his 'owner' after all. But love can also be a dangerous feeling.
On the other hand, despite his mother being extremely rough, all she wants is to raise him properly like she believes is right, as the previously chapters I could see she really loves him in her own way and wouldn't want to see him being harmed by others. If he plays by his mother rules and be a good boy, not calling bad names, pushing his little sister and other things she dissaproves (many rightly) he woulnd't be forced to be shrunken against his will. Seeing now, she was never 'unfair' with him, only punishing when she thought he really 'deserved' that to learn about his wrong doings. Even if in a very harsh way. Well, It's the law after all, she can! :P Heh

An overly pampered young girl with this kind of power is something to be afraid of.
She probably only cares about her big brother that she loves very very much, which is something cute, I can feel that she would never harm or abuse him but she have no gentle feelings towards those who stand in her way or defy her. Just my opinion.
Big bro will have quite a difficult time raising his not so little and weak sister properly now that she discovered this immense power. And since everything that matters to him is her happiness, as he clearly sacrificed himself for her health, I wonder if he will really try to control her now only to be confronted by his worst enemy, the sad face of his little sister. I can't think that he can win against this one.
