I like Katie's did not start to feel sorry for Tom after pulling him out. She tried to awake him just because she wanted to continue in her pleasuring - which indicates how deliciously cruel she can be. I would not be afraid to spread this story among multiple characters. I think, having multiple characters gives you a flexibility to incorporate various ideas. Also characters can share their plot.
