O a hi I am Anmol but people here call me moly I live alone in New York City I don’t know why people just love to ditch me I am serious first my parents, then my sister, then my co-worker & then my best friend I’ll tell you how from the point of views of mine and my wife naina

But first I’ll tell you about my wife Naina she was beautiful a large forehead long straight hair brown colored eyes with large specs a long nose and red lips she was one of a kind she studied MBA from The National Institute Of MBA she had a younger sister Riya was her name & she was 3 years younger than Naina anyway on to my story

My story began when I was 26 I was with my parents & my sister it was the unlucky day Friday the 13th the year was 2001 my parents disowned me because I was accused for many un rational thing which I did not commit but then after they left my only support was my sister every day I was in search of a job in order to earn money and run a small apartment which I had taken on rent some how I got up a job at a nearby research institute my senior dr. Jefferson was a well know researcher in science and had become quite a pal of mine one day after lunch he called me in his office and offered me a drink I never used to drink so I refused then he let me on project minimize which was basically a project for all those people who aren’t having families they would be shrunk to the size of hamsters and kept as pets in different homes I was chosen as the test subject for human’s and was shrunk in minutes after the meeting and the next three months I spent in a hamster cage under Jefferson we was quite nice to me used to feed me well and kept good care of mine one day my sister showed up asking Jefferson about my disappearance after the day was over Jefferson took me to his place there I saw a young girl in her twenties after Jefferson kept my cage on a table he called the girl and he introduced her to me as his daughter her name was aditi and she was more nicer to me than her father Jefferson who let me out of the cage and then aditi was given the instruction to keep me as her friend-cum-pet everyday aditi used to keep me as her doll and just as clothing she made a toga out of her handkerchief for me she used me as her doll and used to sleep with me every night I of course enjoyed the warm cozy and soft bed well any one would after sleeping for three months on iron bars one day Jefferson told her daughter that I was being shifted to a place in north India but she refused to let me go so Jefferson out of anger threw me along with aditi out of his house for a quite amount of time I and aditi were given to sleep on cold grass in the middle of a spooky park it was almost a month or two since we hade been like this when aditi found her long lost friend called Pooja aditi requested pooja to take me with her and keep me safe and sound which pooja did and the first few days were quite nice until pooja’s parents left and then she changed she started forcing me to do various nasty things which I would believe I cannot share here in this story anyway one day when she was gone out she by mistake left the door of my hamster cage open I slowly slid out being aware of the sleeping dog which she owned I some how escaped her house hold and started to find a way for people to know where I am and I needed help but with no such luck I gave up and started to live in a alley at first it was quite scary living in the dark filthy alley with insects and rats

One night I was trying to keep my self warm then I noticed a cat looking at me in the eye I had no other choice but to run but where I didn’t know any place at the nearby surroundings anyway I started running avoiding all obstacles then my toga just fell in the plain cold weather I was completely nude and was trying to run from a truck sized cat then I noticed a gate of a house open I looked behind me to find the cat was still a little behind I headed for the gate and then I saw the giant steps I climbed up as soon as possible then I went under the giant door but I didn’t hear any cat follow it must have gone I relaxed my self and started to look at the house interior the house was well decorated with different wall paper for every room one of the rooms had a large piano seeing the piano I remembered my days when I used to play one of them but then again to face up reality I went in the other room which seemed to be a dining table with a attached kitchen and then I giant flight of stairs I was very tired but still was excited to explore this house completely knowing that I would be kicked out or killed for such an action I still took the risk I slowly started climbing the stairs and when I reached the top I took a minute off then I proceeded in to a room I entered the room and saw another giant door I went close to it and for a
Moment relaxed then I saw the entire room it was done well light pink colored room with a single bulb which lit the entire room a medium sized bed with two night stands one on each side next to the right night stand was a table containing a computer and a office chair right next to the computer table was a closet which must have been for the giant's clothing the right night stand had a lamp just a little distance away from the table I saw a chair and I could see half of a table which must have been used as a coffee table in front of the bed
Was a large table which had 3 section's one seemed like a study table the second was split between a glass sheet which contained food and on the other half was a music system with a few old Indian movies audio CD's as I looked more higher on the third section was a huge TV and two speakers right next to the entire rack was the entry and on the entry door's left was a wall which proceeded to the door where I was I went away from the door and hugged the wall next to it then I heard the door open someone was coming and I had no place to hide slowly the door opened two large sneakers appeared with two long giant legs which came in quickly I did not get a look of who it was but from the shape of the body it appeared like a girl in her twenties "oh my really had a long day well better change and go to bed" she said and proceeded to the
Door where I was earlier she entered the door but did not notice me after a while the door opened again as I looked up “whoop” giant clothes fell on me I didn't get hurt and I stayed in the pile to make sure the girl didn't notice me then the light went off it was total darkness only a small beam of light was coming I peeped out and was it was the night stand's lamp the girl had bent down on her knees resting her arms on the bed I heard her mutter some words then gave kind of a low crying noise and then she went to bed I of course being down there
Was unable to understand what was going on I searched into the giants girls pant’s pocket’s to find something to shield my self from it was my luck I had found a handkerchief I warped it around my self as a toga slowly my eyes felt heavy I went inside the pile again and slept taking one of the giant girl's sock as a quilt

Now from naina’s point of view

Well I was really tired after coming back from the institute I deposited my books at the library I went to the church to pray for my parents happiness where ever they were my parents died two years ago the priest told me that I was suppose to my angle soon I came home I didn’t notice anything strange so I went in the restroom and changed and got into bed

Now from my (moly) point of view

I had strange dreams and done fewer amounts of sleep but anyway next day I was awaken up by the thundering foot steps I heard two people talking “you know riya yesterday father told me that I’m suppose to meet my angle soon” said the girl from last night “father?? Oh you mean the father at the church right,” said another girl “yes” said again the girl from last night then suddenly the pile of clothes lifted above me then after my eyes focused I saw the room in a more better way then I eyes halted at a girl I didn’t know if she was the from last night or not my question was answered soon as that girl approached the other one and said to her “ sis t-t-t-that doll it moved” then the girl from last night ordered the other one to leave the room then approached me she then sat on the floor and taking two of her fingers she touched me felt me then sat idle in front of me for while “nice developing by the toy market these days” she said then stood up “excuse me” I said to her she looked at me then smiled “wow you talk to” she exclaimed while sitting on the floor “listen ma’am I am not a doll and I’m sorry I trespassed into your house I never had any intention to do so but if that cat had not chased me then I would never have come here please forgive me “ I said to her I didn’t know what was happening to me I started to cry in front of her she moved her finger and rubbed it on the back of my head “its all right I forgive you and I believe you too what your name” she asked me lifting my head “a-a-an-anmol” I said to her she smiled “I’m naina” she said warping her fingers around me and lifting me up to her face “my god your so cold” she said then she took me to her bed and kept me on it I looked around the room once more and the my eyes froze on the cabinet full of food “hungry” she asked me “well I am but please don’t disturb your self “ I said to her she then stood up and opened the cabinet full of food and in a plate she kept a muffin and gave it to me for eating

From naina’s point of view: -

After riya told me that there was a doll on the floor of my room after sending her for studying I sat on the floor near the doll when I looked at her it didn’t appear to me as a doll but a human but how can a human be so tiny I asked myself so I reached for him touching him then I lifted his hand and felt his pulse but I was chewing my lower lip then I stood up thinking that it might not sound well to talk to him but he called out for me I bit my lower lip “ouch” I looked back at the tiny guy we was sorry that he entered the house with-out my permission but I forgave him and asked him his name anmol was his name a unique name it is priceless it means I thought then I lifted him up telling him my name he was as cold as ice so I kept him on my warm bed from the look of his eyes I could tell that he was hungry the poor little thing was hungry then after confirming from him I gave him something to eat

From moly’s point of view: -

After eating I felt sleepy so I turned I saw a picture on the table I asked naina who they were “this is mom and this is my dad” she said taking the picture and pointing out then I slept naina stood up and tucked me in her warm quilt then I felt something really soft pressing me in the bed I opened my eyes it was naina she had kissed me

From naina’s point of view: -

My god I really did it I kissed him man what a wonderful experience it was well back to the story After making sure that he had slept I went to riya finding out what her day plan was then returning to my room I started to study while studying I though of getting anmol checked by altamas my doctor but then will the little guy agree I questioned myself after a while I did decided to take him to altamas then I looked over at anmol he sure was having a tight nap I went over to him and lay down

From moly’s point of view

I felt the bed move up and down so I turned to look what was the cause it was naina she had lay down I looked at her face & thought that It would be right if I thanked her for what she had for me I looked at her gigantic arm I crawled to it and hugged it she looked down “thank you naina for all what you have done” I said out loud she picked me up “no need for it” she said while hugging me I rolled onto my stomach looking up at her naina’s large smile then changed into sadness “naina why you so sad” I asked her “huh, o a I think you need more rest so I better keep you back on the bed” she replied hesitatingly “no naina its all right I’m fine don’t need to get bothered about it” I said her smile returned “a anmol listen a if you don’t mind I need to take you to the doctor basically for just a minor checkup” she said I started to think hard on this one if the people find out about Jefferson’s plan to make a community as tiny as a biscuit then he would kill me then I thought again “a naina first of all please call me moly its my pet-name and a I’m ready to face any doctor” I said she picked me up and kept me on her study table then she told me to stay while she got me some doll clothes once she was back she sat down and moved her hand towards me trying to take the toga off me “now that you got clothes you wont need that” she said “naina no” I said while I dodged her finger stopping her she dropped the clothes on the table I looked at the clothes and then at her naina’s head had dropped so low I cant tell I had hurt her feeling’s I went to her palm and tried to relax her naina’s palm was shaking I then went over to the pencil stand picking up the pencil I gave it to naina “hit me hard I hurt right now hit me c’mon” I said naina dropped the pencil and kissed me again “its ok I know you didn’t mean to hurt me” she said I whipped her tears and hugged her face

From naina’s point of view: -

Oh my god I broke his sleep I though to my self when he hugged my arm but then I got to know that he was thanking me for what all I had done but I didn’t needed it because he was also human he also had the right to live when I asked him about the doctor he appeared to have gotten worried when I was about to ditch the topic he answered yes then I looked at the toga he was wearing it was my hanky and he was using it as a shield I kept him on the table and went to riya to get some doll sized clothing for anmol as I came back into the room moly was still there I approached him taking up a chair I thought that it would be better if I help him getting dressed but he refused my heart broke when he shouted at me like that but I could never have thought that he would respond like that to me sadness he asked to him because he had shouted at me be it what so ever I knew that he had no such intention of hurting my feeling he just wanted some privacy that’s all anyway I took out one of audio CD case and kept it in front of him and I turned my face backwards just to be sure that he wouldn’t think of me taking advantage of my point of view as he changed he called out for me I removed the case and kept it back I then picked him up and started to leave

From moly’s point of view

Naina picked me up from the table after I had changed my clothes and had kept me in a dark pocket of her coat I kept rattling in her pocket from one side to another when she walked a whole two minutes later she stopped I padded the interior cloth of her coat it worked the pocket opened and she brought me out in the blazing sunlight from the near by surrounding’s I seemed that we were at a bus stand “what’s wrong now” she asked me “well a the ride is a little bumpy” I replied “ oh a sorry she then kept me on her top pocked tucking me in with the lot of papers in there then she started to walk again this time tit was a little smooth then she sat down it felt like an elevator to me then “listen I hope you really don’t mind can we be friends I rather hate to keep up the caretaker thing” she whispered “yes sure I’m ready to be your friend if and until you be nice with me” I replied “yes-yes” she replied

From naina’s point of view

I don’t know what went wrong with me that I asked him that question but whenever I saw him I wanted him I wanted him on my side I wanted hug the guy anyway I reached the hospital and got into altamas’s cabin she was having lunch and invited me to eat as well I sat down on a chair in front of her “altamas a what would you do if you found a tiny person in your house” I asked her “well its natural I’m a doctor I will help him” she replied and then I put moly on the table her eyes widened

From moly’s point of view

Wow now I was presented in front of another woman she called herself as altamas and naina told me that she was naina’s friendly doctor she was cute in some what way she had a medium fore-head, round eyes, mid sized nose, and smiling lips she invited me & naina for lunch well since she insisted naina & I joined her after lunch she took the usual measurements of my body then she brought out a glass full of some transparent greasy stuff then she asked naina to dip my body in the liquid which she did as I went in It started to suffocate in the glass then naina brought me out and kept me on the table I was grasping for air when dr. altamas said “ this is a toner basically for rats and all to be more like sponge now you don’t need to breath so stop that and since you cant breath you wont need to worry either live life make merry “ after hearing all that I got out a sigh then naina picked me up and then paid altamas for the checkup then got into the bus again
“ Now where” I asked her “ I got to go and see a friend of mine at central park” she replied “o I see a what does your friend do I mean” I asked again “she’s basically a student like me at my MBA institute” she replied “o a will you reveal me to her” I asked getting a bit scared “well if you want me to a basically I know her very well so no need to get scared if I do” she said while she got down the bus then she took up a place to sit and then she kept talking to me after about 5 minutes I heard someone calling naina’s name naina and the other girl talked to each other for a little while and then naina brought me out

From naina’s point of view

I wanted to share moly with my best friend grace who really helped me in my bad times when I was in school “moly this is grace” I said to him he stood up and went to her “naina you still play with doll’s” she said “grace this is moly my friend not a doll” I replied grace touched moly on the chest her eyes widened I gave a gentle slap on her shoulder “yeah he does appear real” she said and then she pushed moly he fell oh my I picked him up hugging him then after a while I kept moly on the table then moly looked at grace then he went to grace’s hand and while picking grace’s little finger “friends” he said to her she agreed then I realized that moly doesn’t have any other clothing except the wet pair which he was wearing “a grace you free right?” I asked her “yes, in fact I was thinking to stay over night with you and moly here” she said “great listen got to go to the mall to get some clothes for him” I said pointing at moly “o its ok I understand a I’ll join you two” she said I looked at moly and he looked at me then we agreed

From moly’s point of view

I looked up at the other girl it was naina’s friend grace she appeared quite innocent with her smile and chubby face “moly this is grace” naina said to me I stood up and went to her she teased naina by asking her a question then she looked at me and then she brought her index finger and touched my chest her widened naina gave her a slap on the shoulder “yeah he does appear real” she said and then she pushed I fell down to my luck I didn’t get hurt naina reached for me and picked me up hugging me to her “you all right moly” naina asked “yes naina I’m fine” I said to her she then kept me on the table I looked at grace from her face it seemed that she was a bit un happy I went to her hand and picked her little finger up “friends” I asked her she gave a smile and agreed then I looked at naina she looked stressed then when she noticed that I was looking at her “a grace you free right?” asked naina to grace “yes, in fact I was thinking to stay over with you and moly here” replied grace rubbing her finger tip on my hair “great, listen I got to the mall to get some clothes for him” said naina while pointing to me “o its ok I can understand a I’ll join you two” replied grace naina looked at me and I looked at her then we agreed naina picked me up and put me in grace’s pocket “hey a naina” I said grace looked into the pocket and then smiled at me then again the rattling started I got bounced of from one end to another and this time grace didn’t even listen to me because of the sound of the rushing people after fifteen minutes of having a roller coater ride I was brought out in a children’s doll store and naina all ready had brought out some clothes samples naina kept me on the table “moly see this I bought 4 of each there’s a night suit, shirts, pants, shoes, socks and two coats and two sweaters” said naina “naina all this is too much” I replied then naina requested that I try on a pair of shirt and pant “but naina I cant change here in the open” I said to her then naina got a wooden hollow brick with a door I then entered with pair then I changed and then I got out naina complimented me then after picking up her stuff and she got a belt with a front pocket and wore it and then put me in side “this is your personal travel box now you wont get bounced around much” she said putting me in then she started walking about 20 minutes later we were home naina took me out and put me on the bed then got out of the room and then came in side the room holding a side of a mattress and then holding another side was another girl after then naina put the mattress on the floor for grace to sleep naina introduced me to the girl her name was riya the younger sister of naina then riya went to her room grace pulled a chair and sat down while naina lay down keeping me in front of her self and then we started generally then I got to know about naina’s parents and then naina’s cordless started to ring naina picked it up then after some time naina’s room entry door opened a man came in “hi rohit” said naina “hey naina” said the man while sitting on the bed then he looked at me and the reaching with a finger and his thumb he held my right ankle and then picked me up side down my foot was hurting much I let out a cry to naina and started to revolt against the hand but was no use then naina snatched me from the man’s grip “rohit why did you hurt him” asked naina while massaging my ankle “because he’s not meant to be here” said rohit “fine then your not meant to be in an unknown woman’s bedroom get out” said naina angrily “naina I’m your friend” said rohit “was not are” said naina rohit banged his hand on naina’s study table and went out

From naina’s point of view

How dare he hurt moly in front of me anyway after leaving the park I gave moly to grace well I knew that he was un comfortable in her pocket after reaching the place I told grace to see the other shop’s while I buy the clothes for moly after buying them I called grace back and told her to bring moly out which she did I told moly about the clothes I bought for him then told him try one pair which he did as I saw him come out of the tiny changing room man wasn’t he looking cute I just wanted to hug him badly oh my god what had gotten into me something’s wrong here I never had the urge to hug any person before so why am I getting an urge to do this my god I think I’m loosing my senses or was I was this love which I was going through I didn’t know at that moment what to do so when we came home I arranged a bed for grace I was sorry for her I knew that she never slept on the floor but then again there’s always a first time so then rohit called to say that his coming home in fact that dum-dum was calling from riya’s room when he came in he grabbed moly’s ankle hard he was hurting moly and moly was trying his best he could trying to revolt I felt odd as if there was acute pain in my chest I took a sigh and freed moly from his grip and told rohit that I didn’t want to see him ever as I rubbed moly’s foot the more relaxed

From moly’s point of view

Ahh what a feeling it was to be rubbed by the soft giant fingers of this beautiful full girl I didn’t know why but I felt sad because she had to leave her friend just because of me anyway that night naina, me, riya, grace and one more girl who introduced her self as sheena riya’s friend she appeared friendly to me naina then brought a giant plate filled with diced chicken and a bottle of sauce naina kept separate plates for every person and then an extra plate for me she then put in two giant pieces of chicken then poured some sauce I took some Crum out of the piece and dipped it in the sauce but I slipped and BAM ! Right in the sauce I was I tried to get up but no use then naina stood up and then got a towel for me and then dried me of then helped me with my food then we went to our rooms to sleep naina grace and I were in one and riya & grace in the other naina kept me on the bed “naina wait I’m not going to sleep here I’ll sleep on the side of the floor I have no problem’s” I said to her “no way you wont your sleeping with me and that’s final” she said then she got in bed, tucked me in and closed the light while I got no sleep all night and I didn’t want to wake naina up I was feeling a bit cold because naina’s quilt had bump with allowed the cold air of her house’s conditioning system then I saw grace getting up I jumped out of bed and waved at her she noticed me and took me along with her she entered the kitchen then she placed me on the table nest the sink “Tea” she asked me I agreed she started to make tea then after a while naina came down “hey grace seen moly” said naina then grace pointed out to me “oh a sorry” she said to me picking me up “I thought I squished you on the bed” she said to me pressing me against her cheek then grace kept two cups of tea on the table and a bottle cap full of tea for me then naina kept me on the table naina slowly sipped her tea and so did grace then I thought that in so much time I had never talked to mehak my younger sister “naina if you don’t mind I want to call my sister” I asked her “sure moly one minute let me get the speaker phone” said naina getting up and going to the living room then she returned with the phone she then dialed my sister’s number “hello” called out a voice “hi mehak moly here” I said “moly my brother where are you I have searched everywhere but your no where to be found you come back home you know dad was wrong he’s with me and he says he’s sorry just because of him your not with us” she said “mehak I’m fine listen a I cant tell what all happened to me on the phone” I said “moly I really miss you bro I want you back please” she said “listen mehak I miss you & dad to but I’m in a fix I cant come” I said “no fixes this time please moly” she said “ I’ll try mehak but I’m not sure till when I can come but I promise I’ll keep calling” I said to her then she cut the phone “oops not again this phone line is damn useless” said naina banging her fist on the table near me “naina watch it” I said “ o sorry” she said then after finishing of with the tea naina took my to her room grace got into bed and slept naina tucked me in with herself and then hugged me placing a small kiss on my fore head she slept once she did I kept looking at her I didn’t know was happening to me I felt like that I would just see her face for the rest of my life then some how I slipped out from her grip and came on her pillow I looked at those giant lips I approached her lips and gave a kiss on her lower lip “c’mon moly get some sleep” she said to me in her sleepy tone while keeping her palm on me

From naina’s point of view

How cute he kissed me and that’s also on the lower lip anyway well when I was serving dinner moly had all ready become a pal of sheena riya’s class mate I served dinner and everybody was staring at the tiny guy when he slipped in the sauce but I felt bad really bad when this my head dropped when every body started to laugh so that’s why figuring out that someone had to help him I stood up leaving my mood and then I wiped him off and then I fed him first so that at least he would not have to dip him self then after dinner I took him to my room and tucked him in my bed and slept with my back facing him then about some tome later when I got up he wasn’t there I got scared thinking that I must killed him but then grace was also not in the room so I went down there she was making tea her old habit would never change she always has tea in the middle of the forsaking night anyway she ask me for a cup so I also agreed thinking that I might give her little company well then after moly’s call was completed I took him to the room and this time making sure that he stayed warm enough I hugged him and slept next morning for two hours I was searching my room for him but he was no where no blood spots either then where did he go then I found out that he was in riya’s room riya must have brought her to help the guy

From moly’s point of view

I woke inside a giant hollow tower brown in color I heard riya and sheena talking to each other “listen riya this is wrong you can do this to didi's friend I mean he's a human being” said sheena “stop it
Sheena you know it right that I have a money problem and when bhaiya's going to pay me for it then what's the harm” replied riya getting irritated after hearing that I started to think what was going on here between the two then I heard the door slam then sheena took me out then I figured out that I was in riya’s room it was well done in red color with a same sized bed as naina had which I believe was shared by both riya and sheen on the left side of the bed had a study table and in front of the bed was the same kind of rack which naina had sheen kept me on her bed and then asked me to complete my sleep I did sleep but this sleep was kind of uncomfortable for me I didn’t feel the sense of security with sheena as I did with naina after two hours naina came inside the room asking sheena about me once she noticed me sleeping she smiled at me and then picked me up then took me to her room then I woke up “oops sorry” she said to me “nah don’t be its all right and besides I overslept today” then naina carried me to the living room she then kept me on the sofa and entered the kitchen and started to prepare tea for me I saw grace entering the living room and sitting beside me as she sat the sofa bounced along with me as naina came in bringing me some tea then the door bell buzzed

From naina’s point of view

Man making tea on such a small scale is really a headache man anyway the door bell buzzed and I went and opened the door “hello madam I’m aditi from raija & raija computer’s” she said I didn’t hear anything else of her words just looked at the mid sized fore head a mid-sized nose straight hair and her smile my god she was exactly how moly described then I invited her in she sat in the living room and as she looked at moly she jumped up “moly you here how?” She asked me I told her the entire happening between me and pooja aditi picked me up and hugged me to herself “I’m sorry I didn’t know all this would happen” she said sorry why would she be sorry on the contrary I was happy that in replacement of pooja I found naina anyway I forgave her

From naina’s point of view

How kind hearted this guy is man at that point I felt that I would leave everything and just give him a hug anyway I invited aditi for breakfast our usual break fast was cornflakes with cold or warm milk but when I put my and in to get crumbs of cornflakes for moly it was a tough job so after trying hard I cut some pieces of fruit for moly to eat after breakfast was over I had too see of grace I insisted for her to stay more but no luck anyway after she went I invited aditi to watch a movie with me and moly I put the movie hera-pheri aditi took the chair I sat on one side of the bed facing the TV and moly by the time I looked at him he was hast asleep man what a sleeper he was no sound nothing you don’t get to know weather he’s sleeping or is just playing along I tucked him in he shifted his side from right to left in the meanwhile I muted the movie and talked to aditi about the experience of keeping a mouse sized man “well it was different I have been playing with dolls all child hood but not with a one which eats, drinks, talks, walks keeping moly with me was kind of new experience I mean I remember how used to like crush food and give him to eat buy him new doll clothes and all” she explained

From moly’s point of view

Well man I didn’t know what went wrong with me after watching aditi as a sales girl of an old and almost dead company I realized what a curse I was for her anyway after meeting her and smelling the super strong perfume which she had put on I felt damn dizzy after grace left naina took me to her room as I was kept on her bed I closed my eyes and slept I could still hear the both talking

It was nearly lunch time and I was hungry naina had gone to the toilet and aditi well she left for work then I thought that I could go to riya or sheena perhaps they can give me something to eat I got out of bed and found a safe way down then I went under the door and then into riya’s room I went under the door again I saw riya sitting and studying I went to her feet and then touched her left foot she withdrew the foot then I shouted her name she looked at me “what now” she asked “can I please get some food please” I asked her “why cant you little brat” she said then she rolled the news paper I ran to wards the door and before I could go under “here’s your snacks” BAAM! Nearly missing me I went under the door she followed me and then I entered naina’s room and went right under the bed riya then started to bang the door hard naina opened the door “where’s that little brat I’ll kill him” said riya “what happened riya” naina asked “ sis I’m going to crush that mouse of yours” said riya “which mouse” naina asked again “that mouse sized human” she replied “moly?” naina said “yes” riya replied “why” naina asked angrily “he asked me for food how dare he enter my room I’ll” she said then naina stopped her then sent her back to her room “moly you here” naina asked I saw naina’s legs she searched all around the room then under the bed where I was “there you are c’mon come to me” she said with a smile bringing a hand to me I god very angry at her sister so I revolted against her hand “moly what’s wrong ?” she asked “nothing I said she stood up and then after a while she put a plate in front of me filled with muffins and biscuits I didn’t eat as my hunger died soon after night fell I started to feel warm in the kind of clothes naina gave me so I took them off then feeling tiered I slept

From naina’s point of view

It was lunchtime so like always I had a habit of going to the toilet so I did after a few minutes I heard someone banging the door of my room I exited the toiled and opened the door it was riya and she was cursing moly getting out of anger I slapped her she went back to her room crying like hell I closed the door and then started to search for moly but he was no where I got shit scared thinking what he might have done to him self but then I found him under my bed I called him giving a hand to him but he revolted I think felt bad poor thing must have been hungry and my bloody sister she attacked him I’m not going to leave her anyway I got some biscuits and muffins out from my cabinet and gave it to him but he didn’t eat then I thought that he wanted to be alone for a while but for how long one hour two hours three or four but not till late night I was extremely worried about him I lay down on my bed thinking what to do by the time I felt sleepy but I didn’t want to sleep for a last time I checked up on moly he was fast asleep with out eating anything and when I looked closely I noticed he was nude I didn’t know that out of anger he would do such a thing the poor guy was sleeping on an empty stomach I felt so bad at my self that I started to have tears in my eyes for him then after cooling my mind I picked him and tucked him in my bed and kept looking at him it was two in the morning I went down to the kitchen thinking of making something for moly I heated some pieces of chicken and then brought it to my room and then I kept the plate on my study table then got to moly and then I put my finger on him shaking him slowly trying to wake him up he woke up “moly here you go some chicken c’mon eat please” I said giving him a piece he kept it back “no naina I’m not hungry” he said “moly what’s wrong why aren’t you eating and why did you take of your clothes” I asked him “naina I’m scared” he said “scared from what from whom” I asked “from your sister the way she treated me” he said “oh my god you still thinking about her moly please don’t act stupid now all right now c’mon eat” I said giving him the piece of chicken again he took it and started to eat hesitatingly “listen moly don’t be scared I’m here with you I’ll protect you” I said taking out another pair of his night suit “now c’mon wear this” I said then he took it from my hands and then wore it I didn’t know why but I just wanted to share his sadness his loneliness I picked him up and hugged him then kissed him then looked at him while bringing him close to my face I saw a tiny smile on his face then I felt his tiny hand on the tip of my nose he opened his arms for a hug which I did “now c’mon lets sleep”

From moly’s point of view

Man I was tiered so I lay down on the carpet and slept then about a few hours later I was wrapped in something warm then I was woken up my naina she gave me a few pieces of chicken to eat I refused to then she asked me why was I acting like that and I told her that was scared from her sister specially after what she had done today then placed a piece of chicken in my hand ordering me to eat I ate up the piece then she gave a pair of my night clothes which I wore then she picked me up and kissed me I touched her giant nose then I didn’t know why but I found my self hugging her once she put me to bed and lay down I couldn’t get sleep thinking what this feeling was……love? I thought to my self then I thought that it would be better if I leave naina at least she would not get overworked or tensed due to me then I got to naina’s night stand and then to the joint computer table the computer was on I reached for the key board and then open the note pad and wrote a message for naina then reaching for the bed I got down on the floor using a part of her quilt which was touching the floor I had taken of my night suit on naina’s bed I took a paper napkin and wore it as a toga around my self and then I exited naina’s room and then slowly I got down each step with ease then I went towards the main door and then under it was really cold I went out on the pavement and then with a sad face in the middle of the night started my journey I don’t why but as I kept going further away from naina the more I missed her more or les I remember that song from an Indian movie released the previous year called dheere-dheere slowly to exact in English

From naina’s point of view

My sleep broke around four in the morning I looked at moly but he wasn’t there then around my self but no luck oh no not again I thought then I got out of bed and went to riya’s room I banged the door and then she opened the door “riya did you see moly” I asked “didi please its four am and your talking about that little mouse sized human just go and sleep” she said I got fed up and got out of the room I then sat on the computer to check the download of my MBA question papers as I logged in I saw the notepad open

“hey naina I know this doesn’t sound right but I’m leaving I did a very big mistake by entering into your life and I’m sorry about it and yes I have left my night suit on your bed give it to your sister she might find it use full yours moly”

my heart broke so did I fell apart moly the person who I most cared for the one who I most loved. Loved I had fallen in love with him and I got to know right now how stupid of me but now what can I do he’s gone he’s really gone and I’m going to kill myself I couldn’t bear any thing I started to feel pain in my heart

Next morning I woke up late in the morning still thinking about moly then I got ready and usual after getting ready I used to see my self in the mirror before whenever I used to look into it I used to come down with a smile but today there was no smile no laughter I went and sat on my bed then riya entered my room “c’mon sis breakfast is ready” she said then looked at me “didi you crying is anything wrong” she said sitting next to me and putting her hand on my right shoulder “riya moly is gone” I said to her “didi forget it he came to you for have fun now that he’s got it and gone why you crying on it” she said “I cant for get it riya you see I love him” I said to her riya picked my hand up and put it on her head “didi moly left because of me right now I promise I’ll bring him back” she said I retrieved my hand and hugged riya “I’m sorry riya for misunderstanding you” and then she left

How could I do this just because of me I finished didi’s love today when she loves someone then what am I coming in her way anyway after all that without eating break fast I went to bank and took out some money and went to the news paper office to give an ad for moly in the afternoon paper of new York times after giving the ad I returned home

From moly’s point of view

Man it was as cold as anything last night I had somehow made my way to a near by park and had slept on the grass and thought to my self that this was not such a good idea after all I so made up my mind to go back to naina’s place in the morning well I next morning came and as I woke I wasn’t in the park but in a room a familiar room no cant be I was home there she was my sister “hey bro morning” she said “hey mehak” I replied then I saw dad “morning son I was returning home last night and then found you then brought you home” he said “thanks dad” I said “no don’t thank me yet I and mehak have contacted frank a doll house seller and have brought a house for you” he said then I started to sit up as I did mehak slowly started to rub my back I looked up a her “mehak dear I’m going to my office now take care of your brother and don’t tease or hurt him” he said mehak agreed I tried to stop him but he left then I looked at my giant sister she put a finger on her lips then she touched the same on my lips then again on hers I figured that she wanted to kiss me well that’s all right for the theory but then came the practical she slowly brought her lips close to mine and then a small cute soft kiss was placed by her on my face then there was a knock at the door mehak opened and received a package it was the doll house mehak brought it out and put it on her bed side it was a beautiful doll house red in color with two floors I looked in it was very well done from the inside as well with a small double bed with a coffee table and two chairs and closets to keep clothing in it two rooms on the upper floor were exact on the ground floor a small sofa set with real leather and a small TV in front of it then a kitchen with a proper sink and cup boards mehak picked me up in her fist and then put me in the bed room then she opened the quilt and asked me to get in I did then gently she tucked me in and then putting her hand on me “you know you’re the best bro in the whole world” she said I took my hand out of the quilt then held one of her finger’s and then I kissed it “yes I do” then she again rubbed my back I still couldn’t figure out what was happening to me I remember naina and I wanted to meet her badly after 4 hours it was lunch time dad had just returned from office and was reading the afternoon new York times “son who’s naina” he asked me all of a sudden “naina dad how do you know about naina” I asked him “she has given an ad in the lost and found section about you in the afternoon paper of today who is she son” he asked again I felt very awkward telling dad everything about the year I had starting from my shrinking till why I left naina the previous night “so you see dad I think I love her” “son there’s no thinking in love its there or not” he said “dad I love her dad I just cant stop thinking about her” I said to him “then son why don’t you tell her any way eat lunch son” he said offing me some chicken refused to eat but then ordered for something to drink

“wow bro I cant believe it you stayed two days with her and you fell in love with her” said mehak sitting down on her bed I was in the bed room of my doll house “mehak can you do me a favor” I asked her “yes bro tell me” she said “listen you got today afternoon NYC times naina has placed a add for me there just note the address and take me there” I said to her she agreed then dad came in the room I called him he came up and sat up in front of me “yes son” he said “dad I’m thinking that I should go to the court to get my right’s back the right’s which Jefferson stole from me” I said being a little hesitating he brought his finger close to me and rubbed it on my head “good going son I’ll call up Garry my lawyer so prepare the case details for you and a have you told naina that you love her” he asked me I got a little serious about the matter and said “dad I’m going to her place tomorrow to tell her” he looked at me straight in the face while thinking something then he got up and asked mehak to help me in getting dressed then told me that I should leave right away to tell her I jumped out of bed and changed into a pair of a T-shirt and shorts then mehak picked me up and to me out and kept me in the front carrier of her bicycle and then stopped on the way “what happened mehak why did you stop I mean” I asked but she stooped me from asking then smiled at me then picked me up and hugged me “you know bro I really missed you I really hade sleepless nights thinking in what condition you are and all” she said I kissed her on her giant cheek then she kept me back and continued to naina’s house as we reached naina opened the door “yes who are you and what do you want?” she asked mehak in a low & crying voice “your naina right” asked mehak “yes” she replied “hi I’m mehak a anmol’s sister” said mehak “o a please come in what would you like to have dinner any thing” asked naina “oh a no please actually I had come because a anmol wanted to spend the night over with you a he was a bit tensed when he saw his add in the paper so I just brought him over” said mehak as she took me out from her coat pocket naina grabbed me and hugged me after seeing mehak off naina took me to her bed room and kept me on her bed then she lay down with me I looked at the room whose floor was scattered with tissue’s I guess this really wasn’t a good idea at all anyway I walked up to naina she looked at me then picked me up and kept me on her stomach as I sat crossed legged on her huge tummy I didn’t say anything thinking that it would be too early to burst it out all at once then grace also entered the room laying down right next to naina I was really tired so I just slept between the two as the morning came I didn’t know why I hugged naina’s finger “what happened moly is anything wrong or what” she asked me a few times she tried to take me off but I didn’t want to then ultimately it came naina fiercely released me from her finger and then grabbed me hard in her fist “what the hell is it with you what do you want huh” she said angrily I somehow released my self from her fist and went up to the pillow and felt bad naina left the room grace came up to me calming me down “what happened tell me perhaps I could help you” he said “grace I just wanted to tell her that I love her but was unable to do so” I said then grace stood up and exited the room

man the only way I could describe that period of loneliness as the ‘hell’ anyway I just came down and started to prepare some coffee for my self in the meanwhile grace came down and kept her hand on my shoulder “naina you-you should listen to him first” she said I then closed my eyes and took a sigh thinking that I shouldn’t have done that to him even though I still love him then I went to my room there he was lying on the bed crying and those tears were just because of me I felt very bad at my self I went and sat on the bed keeping my hand on little moly he looked up at me and then hit his head back in the pillow I picked him up in my fist being a little gentle this time I smiled at him “I’m sorry I was a bit harsh on you please forgive me a you a wanted to hug my finger right c’mon hug it” I said to him “naina I just wanted to say that I love you” he said in a low voice I didn’t have any words to explain how I felt I then reached for moly feeling so happy I hugged him to my self “moly I love you too” I said

I couldn’t believe she loved me my heart lit up hearing her say that naina hugged me and then lay down then grace entered the room with some coffee naina then poured some coffee for me in a bottle cap and gave it to me “drink moly drink” she said to me rubbing her finger on the back of my head I quickly drank up the coffee and then I went up to naina she put her hand down on the mattress for me to climb I then lay down on her soft warm palm she slowly massaged my waist where she had closed me in her fist then she got up “don’t mind if I study” she asked me with a sweet smile “nope I wont mind” I replied she then went to her study table and kept me on it then she took her book opened it and started to read I had no choice but to wonder around the table so I stood up and started to walk in circles then naina kept her book down
“moly it would a little better if you like stay at one place I am getting distracted” she said I smiled at her “naina but where will I sit I mean” I was just about to complete my sentence when she picked me up and then taking out some tape from the lowest drawer and then she taped me on the wall in front of her “naina what are you doing” I said to her “now wont distract me” she said with a smile “don’t worry moly I never want to hurt you after all you’re my boy friend now the only difference is that your tiny” she said again “I know naina” I said then for the next twenty minutes I was just hanging there while naina kept studding for her MBA exam after that amount of time naina looked up to me “moly listen now that you know about my world and life I want to know about yours will you show me your world your people” she said “naina am I a alien whose come from outer space that your asking me to show you my world cant you say environment instead of world” I said “ya I meant that only I only want to stay there for a night that’s all so will you?” she asked me “I sure will but I wont be able to if I’m tied up like this” I said “o sorry wait” she said then she reached with two fingers releasing me “better” she asked “yes much better” I said she then picked me up again hugging me then she looked at me “how tiny you are” she teased me

I served him some coffee then drank a little my self too I didn’t know why I just wanted to feel his tiny body on my palm so I kept my palm down and then he just lay down on it I started to massage him thinking that I was a bit harsh on him earlier while I was doing this it hit me all of a sudden that next week I had an exam I asked him moly that if I could study or not he said that I can so I just kept him on the table while I started reading but how can a person study while someone is distracting you as more moly walked the more I got distracted so just to make sure I just picked moly up and taped him on the wall in front of me he was looking cute like that so small I so wanted to poke my pencil eraser on his stomach as I saw in land of giants TV show but then I didn’t and returned back to my studies after a while I just thought that now that moly knows that I love him I have to see his environment I have to meet his family so I asked him that if I could stay the night over at his place he agreed I released him then I packed my bag for a night then I was thinking that I would take my book’s along but I didn’t because after all I was just going to sleep for the night then I slipped moly into the front pocket of my backpack telling riya to take care of grace and the house I hired a taxi to his place I didn’t know that the two days would never end anyway I sat down in the taxi asking moly the address after we got down at his place I took moly out and kept him in my coat pocket then wore my backpack then rang the bell

‘quite shocked’ was I when moly’s dad asked me to sign the marriage papers well that night I moly just talked about various things hey I never knew that moly was so lonely ever anyway the next morning came I heard moly’s dad shout for mehak to get up and get ready for her collage I got up from the bed and then looked at my tiny husband he took a sigh and tucked himself in the bed perhaps he was tired of talking so he went to bed I got down into the kitchen I saw moly’s dad making coffee “mind if I help you uncle” I said “ no dear its all right I’m used to it and call me dad like moly does all right now that I’m your father in law where’s your husband?” he asked me “well he’s sleeping we were basically talking all night” I replied “I know first night of marriage is always a hectic night specially when your husband is tiny” he said “no dad I wont consider him tiny I mean be it what so ever he is human isn’t he” I said “your right dear a human is human I remember a week ago when my wife left me she got a little angry at me so I just broke of but still if I get a chance to get her back I’ll do anything for it” he said “it appears you were in love too” I said “no dear I hade an arrange marriage at that time we didn’t believe in love it was only in books” he said “I see dad a is moly really going to fight the case” I asked “well he’s eager to and he will to get his right’s and it’s a nice thing to today’s time people have no time for rights they just want to enjoy but now I can I raise my head above from all of those dads’ who think that their son is learn red” I saw a tear in his eyes while he was saying that I stood up and got him a towel so that he could wipe his tears then I poured some more coffee for us both “thanks” he said “dear don’t stress your self please” he added “no dad I’m not stressing my self its just that I’m used to it so I thought perhaps I could give you a helping hand in making breakfast” I said with a smile I then went over to the stove and then started one up and kept a pan “dad would you like me to make you a omelet” I asked “well lets see how you cook sure and if you can then make a tiny one for your tiny husband” he said “and mehak” I asked “well she will make something up for herself if she would need otherwise I give her money and she eats is the canteen of her collage” he said “ oh I see” I cooked an omelet for dad one for my self and one small one for moly then I saw mehak come down the stairs she greeted dad as he did the same then she came in the kitchen and greeted me and I greeted her she made her way to the refrigerator and the opened it the taking some fruits out she cut it for herself in a plate then took a chair next to dad on the dining table and started to eat after I finished cooking I put the omelet’s on the table dad picked one up and then cut up a small piece and then ate it “wonderful never had a better omelet that this” he said “thank you dad” I said “no dear its really good” he said “ok then I better give some to moly I think he might be up” I said taking a plate with an omelet for me and him

I went to bed at around eight in the morning but couldn’t sleep perhaps I was to excited so I just sat up thinking where naina would be I heard dad talking to someone perhaps it was naina about twenty to twenty five minutes later naina came in with a plate and a glass of water she sat on the bed right next to me “so had a nice nap” she asked “well I was unable to sleep” I replied “why” she asked “well a I think the excitement in me hasn’t stopped yet” I said looking at her “excited bomb anyway here have this omelet I made it” she said “really then give it to me I also want to know how my wife cook’s” I replied reaching for the plate while naina picked me up and kept me near the plate and handed me a small omelet I started to eat “hmm its good” I said “good? Not nice” she said “no-no I mean its great” I replied “thanks” she replied “a moly dad’s broke from your mom I think they had a misunderstanding” she added “don’t worry they’ll make up soon” I said “how can you tell” she asked “naina there my parents and if I wont know them then who will my ghost” I said “I know I was just kidding” she said “so has dad decided who’s all coming here for lunch yet” I asked “ well he told me to invite the people who I care for the most so I think I’ll call grace, riya, sheena, altamas and from your side” she said “well I don’t think I know many people so I guess none oh yes I think I can call Aditi” I replied “ Jefferson’s daughter?” she asked “no she was adopted her real daughter was killed in an accident she was drunk and was driving and by the way Aditi is my good friend I don’t think she would leak any information against my will” I replied “whoa you really trust her so much” she asked “yes” I replied then once naina finished her breakfast she went to dad for asking about the program after confirming she came in and started calling everybody after she finished calling naina took me to the bathroom “all right I have your clothes in my backpack until I get them why don’t you take a shower in the sink” she said starting the sink she then covered her face with a face towel until I undressed and then I gave her the signal she then put me in the sink and went out of the bathroom to get my clothes

My poor little moly he had no sleep well on the other side I didn’t have any either well anyway I got him the omelet which he ate with joy I think he liked it too anyway we talked a little about the lunch we were keeping for our secret marriage so just in deciding who all were to be invited after making a short list of five people I finished my breakfast then gave a call to all of them then I picked moly up man he really was smelling so I took him to the bathroom and then I asked him to take a bath in the sink he undressed until then I was covering my face with a towel then on his mark I put him in the sink and started the water then went back into the room to take out some clothes I took out a pair of shirt and trousers for him I laid then on my bed they looked cute then I remembered the plates so I just picked up the plates and left them in the kitchen dad was in his room I knocked and asked him if he needed anything else he said no then I went back to the room and found moly shouting on the top his voice for me I quickly took his clothes and entered the toiled stopping the water I brought him out of the sink and kept him on the table then I gave him a towel he dried himself then I handed him the clothes which he wore “sorry actually I had gone to put the plates for washing” I said to him making a sad face I then put my face on the table he reached for me and hugged me “its all right don’t need to say sorry” he said and smiled I also smiled along with him “moly listen how are going to get lunch I mean are we going to prepare at home or get it from Kashmir’ and ‘Mohabbatien” the movies which I loved after taking the Dvd’s I went to our room and then I put in one movie DVD and sat on my bed then started watching then I saw moly next to me “naina can you turn the volume down a little please” he said in a kind of sleepy tone then I got know he was trying to sleep I turned down the volume slow enough so that I can hear but couldn’t wake moly up then I picked him up and hugged him placing a small kiss on his head “thanks” he mumbled as I watched the movie I totally forgot about lunch it was nearing the time I have given I picked up the phone receiver then dialed riya’s number “hello riya listen do me a favor I wan you to pack my suit case yes no-no dumbo yes you know right good you should yes no just bring my suit case full of my clothes tucking him then I went to the toilet to get a little fresh after I got fresh I went to dad to ask him about lunch I saw that he was downstairs in the kitchen instructing mehak to put the hot dishes again we all talked about the unexpected news while my dearest of all sister riya started to amuse the people by telling all old jokes after an hour or two of talking we all sat down for lunch that he was not satisfied by my behavior towards Jefferson or he was too happy to know that I was able to retaliate against him I looked over at moly who was eating his food in much of a sad mood I didn’t say anything I knew that was unhappy because of what all Jefferson said to him after finishing lunch I picked moly up and the other’s came into my and moly’s room as dad’s lawyer had come while mehak had brought some chairs while Aditi, riya, sheena altamas and grace sat on the chairs I laid moly on the bed and mehak she sat next to me “didi a moly I think he’s not well” said mehak I looked at him he did seem to be upset I just tucked him in the bed and placed a small kiss on him fore head “hey naina nice shot huh of you kissing him” said altamas she took an picture of me kissing him I took her phone and deleted the picture “altamas please let my baby sleep” I said “o baby huh in just two day he’s become your baby” grace teased me “grace please” I said “ its all right I was just After naina woke me up I asked naina to take me to the toilet as I wanted to get fresh she took me to the toilet and I got fresh after that naina took me downstairs and then kept me on the dinner table then the door bell rang and every body came in bringing gift’s while I saw riya bring a suit case then I thought that it was naina’s stuff anyway after an hour of laughter we sat down to eat naina started opening the dishes while the opened with a bang and in came my rival Jefferson he threatened me to meet me in court naina then slapped him I was shocked to see her do that anyway after lunch naina me and all of the gang sat down in our room naina lay down keeping me on the bed while the other’s sat on chairs which mehak was bringing one by one I was really depressed by the words Jefferson said to me I looked up and naina and smiled while mehak told naina that I was calling her she asked what was the matter then she tucked me in I closed my eyes and then I didn’t know when I fell asleep it was around tea time when naina woke me up “c’mon lazy bones get up” she said “I’m up naina” I said “can I ask you a thing if you sleep so much during the day then how will you sleep at night” she asked me “ I don’t know I think I get tired very easily” I replied “ok anyway here have some tea” she said handing me a bottle cap full of tea I took a sip and then just knew it that this tea was made by dad I don’t know why I could tell from the brew of the tea who’s made it “hmm nice tea you made it right” I asked thinking of teasing her “well yes made is for the first time is it nice” she said with a smile “hmm its nice now can I ask you a question” I asked “yes” she said “ dad made the tea right” I asked “well a moly a hmm he made it I’m sorry I told a lie actually dad said that I should use my name when ever I bring you anything” she said “its all right dad sometimes joke’s too ” I said “how did you know that he made it” she asked “well because I could tell from the brew because when ever he makes tea he puts a pinch of powder chocolate on the top” I said “I see” she said taking a book in her hand I could see her mumble words “what are you reading naina” I asked “oh its just a novel” she said “which one” I asked “oh the unknown killer” she said “oh I have read this one it’s the same one right in which the servant kills the two kids and frames his wife for doing it and then leaves the village” I said “thank you very much I was just about to reach to the climax of it now I got to buy a new one” she said “but how will you buy” I asked “well I got some money in my bag so I’ll just use it” she said “I don’t think that dad will let you allow you to use that money” I said she looked down at me “why” she asked “because dad like any one from his family to their own money if they need it then they should simply ask him he doesn’t say no for it” I said “then like should I go and ask him for it” she said “yes why not in fact he would like it that you went to him you he really likes you” I said “yes I know that he does” she said sipping her tea I finished the tea then went up to naina taking her belly as a back rest “naina don’t you feel odd having a pocket sized husband” I asked “no I don’t why should I you’re my husband and your human not a artificial Barbie doll now” she said

Well he sure did end my novel anyway after I tucked him in the bed after having lunch we didn’t get to know that he fell asleep it was around two hours now since he was sleeping man he really sleeps like hell and that’s also without a sleeping pill anyway after I woke him up I gave him a bottle cap of tea which dad made and said to me to use my name so I did but he knew who made it weird quite weird after that I asked moly if I could buy a new novel for my self he said yes and asked me that how would I buy it I said that I had brought money and moly saw me putting money in my backpack for emergency so I could use that money but moly said that dad would be angry and wouldn’t like it if I use that money instead he suggested me to ask dad for the money after I finished drinking tea I made mehak sit with moly so make sure he’s all right then I went to dad just outside his room I thought what would he say after taking a sigh I knocked dad opened the door “yes dear” he said “I hope I’m not disturbing you dad” I said “no dear just wait for a minute I got to go to the toilet” he said quickly entering the toilet I came in the room still having a confused mind I sat down on a chair looking around the room which was in a light brown color with a bed and opposite it were racks and a TV along with a DVD player in the middle then dad came out “yes child tell me what you need?” he said “a dad actually I wanted some money actually I wanted to buy a book” I said hesitatingly “oh dear there’s no need to be so scared or worried about it ok a tell me how many you need” he said with a smile “a about twenty dollars dad” I said look up at him he took out a fifty dollar note from his wallet and gave it to me “oh yes if you like reading then you can take a book from my wife’s book corner anytime” he said I thought that I should see the book corner before going in to buy a new book I asked dad where it was “the lower right corner second cupboard” he said I went and opened it there were many novels and books while I saw all the book I saw a spiral binded book with no name tag I took it out and saw the cover it had a simple transparent cover underneath it was a normal white color paper which said in large bold font gold in color “TERE LIYE (only for you)” and was written by “Anmol” Anmol I thought my moly wrote books “a dad this book moly has written ?” I asked dad he came up to me “um yes its moly’s creation he wrote the book when he was around sixteen or seventeen years old” he said I thought to myself that I should read his book after that I should buy a new one “dad I’m taking this book all right” I said to him “ok dear will you just come to me for a minute” he said I sat up next to him on the bed having a sip of some coffee he looked at me “you know dear your just like my wife she also had a same kind of habits like her you know like reading, watching movies and worrying some times when I look the pair of you and moly I kind of see the pair of my self and my wife in you too” he said “you really miss your wife don’t you” I asked “what can I say about that dear I do miss her but I don’t know where she is so I just cant find her you know” he said then I thought that I would ask dad about the money I had brought along “a dad I know this is not the time to ask you this but still” I said “no-no dear tell me” he said “a dad actually I had brought some money with me about three hundred dollars so like what should I do with it” I asked “well dear you give that money what I’ll do I can make an account with your name” he said “account dad” I asked “well you see dear that what ever money I give moly and mehak what so ever is saved they deposit with me so like I handle their money account and if you want I can open one with your name also” he said “thank you dad so should I get you the money” I asked “not yet first you come here” he said giving me hug then I handed the fifty dollars back to him and I came back to my room to find my little husband still sleeping while mehak was rubbing her index finger up and down slowly on moly’s back I opened my backpack and took out the money from my purse and returned back to dad’s room after giving him the money I returned to my room I kept the book on the night stand while I was started to run my finger up and down on moly’s back “thanks mehak for the massage” he said “its me naina” I said “o did dad give you the money” he asked “no I got a book from your mom’s bookshelf” I replied “ o which one did you get” he asked “Tere Liye the one you wrote” I replied “oh I see dad told you to read or” he asked but I broke his sentence “I saw it there and got it” I completed “I see” he said “did you ask dad about the money you had brought” he asked me “well yes he opened an account like yours with my name on it” I replied “ok” he said after that I picked up the book and started to read

From moly’s point of view

Well I had a new problem I started to feel tired early I think it was an after effect of the Jefferson’s shrinking machine anyway after naina went to get some money from dad I had started to feel very cold even in the quilt naina who was lying down I went to her “naina can I lie on you” I asked her she looked at me then held me in her fist and then kept me on her stomach “there you go want a pillow?” she asked I lay down taking her thumb as a pillow and the rest of her palm and finger’s as a quilt well anyway the next two day’s went in preparing the case details finally the day of the court case naina woke me up “moly wake up c’mon you have to reach the court” she said I woke up “huh o yea will you help me in getting ready” I asked “yea sure” she replied she picked me up and went to the toilet and helped me get ready for the case after we got ready dad, mehak, me & naina sat in our car and drove off to the court we reached the court in time we entered the court room I was on naina’s palm we saw the stands and a table with a microphone in between the two stands naina placed me on the table and then went to her place Garry and naina were sitting on the right table behind me while Jefferson and his lawyer on the right the judge came in and every body stood up “the court is now is session” he announced “Mr. Garry you may proceed” he announced again Garry stood up “your honor, a man is called into his superior’s room and is asked for a drink of whiskey but the person refuses after the refusal the man’s superior uses a machine which was created by him and shrink’s him down to the size of a mouse stealing his humanity and the superior is Dr. Carl Jefferson and the that man is my client Mr. Anmol Kaicker” shouted Garry while the other lawyer stood up “nice speech I must say Mr. Garry what are you trying to say that my client toke advantage of your clients post” he said “yes Mr. Luis your client” said Garry “wait-wait-wait my lord, cant a person force someone well anyway let that be I would like to call my first witness Dr. Carl Jefferson” he said “permission granted” the judge said Jefferson stood up and went up to the stand in front of him “yes Mr. had many good reports including the one I had made for the completion of my minimizing device after lunch Mr. Anmol came to me with a report of some of his work while I was checking the report he was yourself and completed his wish hmm ok your witness” he said with that Luis returned back to his seat as Garry stood up “so you say that he said to you that you should shrink him during this conversation did he threaten you that he would kill you with the knife” asked Garry “well not that I recall” Jefferson said “ all right then you may go now thank you, your honor now that we heard the story from him now I will ask my client what happened” Garry said “granted” said the judge “so Mr. Anmol what exactly happened accordingly to you” he asked me “well a I was having lunch with my colleges while Dr. Jefferson's secretary came to me and said that he was calling me in his office so I left lunch and went in as I got in Dr. Jefferson asked me if I wished to have whiskey I denied because I never used to drink whiskey so then he told me about this project and then he said that he needed test subjects so I was telling him that he could use rats and all for test but before I could I finished he had all ready shrunk” I said “hmm then what happened” asked Garry “well a he then put me in a cage and hid me for about three months or so one day my sister came to him to ask about me but he said that he didn’t know where I was then he shifted me to his house” I said “hmm all right your witness” said Garry I got bit terrified knowing that Jefferson's lawyer would question me anyway so Luis came to me “hmm so what happened when you were taken to his house” asked Luis “well that’s where I met his daughter and she made me stay with her” I replied “hmm I see, your honor as my next witness I would like to call my clients ex-daughter miss Aditi Jefferson” he said then I looked at Aditi who came on the stand “well miss Aditi as Mr. Kaicker describes that he was shown to you by your dad and your dad gave you Mr. Kaicker’s custody well what all duties do you used to perform in-order for his living” asked Luis “objection your honor what is Mr. Luis trying to prove sir we over here are fighting a case of human right not sexual harassment and if he has proof then simply open it in court” said Garry “your honor here’s the proof the court seeks this audio cassette has a recording of what exactly happened in the cabin of my client namely Dr. Carl Jefferson” said Luis showing a tape in his right hand which he put into a portable cassette player I had my voice along with Jefferson's “morning sir….yes Anmol say…..sir the report you asked for…..keep it on the table…….yes sir…….like it its my new project its shrinks things……..I see” after a gap of five minutes “do it……d-d-do what……activate your project on me…….you crazy its in experimental stages you may die…….o no I wont and you know it now do it……..all right but keep that knife away for now please…..no I wont….why do you want me to do this to you……that’s none of your bossiness” after that we heard the same kind of sound as I heard when Jefferson shank me every body looked up at the judge “the next date of the second session of this case shall be tomorrow where the court shall hear the testimony from the prosecution till then Mr. Anmol Kaicker you are to remain in lock up under court custody till the next hearing off this case the court is now adjourned” he announced I looked back at naina and from her face I could tell that she wasn’t happy and neither was dad or mehak and me my heart had sank I couldn’t withstand the pressure and the last image I saw was two police men walking up to me with a cage after a while my eyes opened in front of altamas I was breathing heavily “you had fainted because of mental stress but don’t worry you’ll be fine in a couple of hours” said altamas to me “where am I” I asked her “at the police station” he said “naina” I asked “I’m sorry moly she isn’t here actually she went home along with your dad and sister but she was the one who called me to get you checked don’t worry about anything I’ll tell her that your fine” she said “am I” I asked “well almost” she replied “then you will not lie to her tell her my exact condition” I said “but then she’ll get tensed” she replied “listen doctor I don’t want you to lie to her I cant stand someone telling a lie about me” I said in little high voice “all right but if she suffers then you’ll be responsible” she said “of course I will be I’m her husband and she’s my wife and I cannot lie to her” I said “all right take care I’ll come back in the evening to check up on you” she said “all right thanks” I said “your welcome” she said standing up and then she left I was kept back in the cage again and then in an cell with an electric door

From naina’s point of view

I was literary crying during the court case specially when they played the tape and when he fainted I had almost lost control over my self I called altamas and asked her to go along with the police and cure moly then I dad and mehak sat in our car dad was driving the car with an upset mood just near water’s edge he stopped the car “dad what happened dad” I asked but didn’t reply and kept his head on the steering wheel I got to know that he was also unhappy like me for moly he rubbed my hand on his back he looked up at me and then he hugged me “my son” he said I calmed him down then I asked him to com on my seat as I then taking the control of the car drove back home as I was driving the more closer I got home the more I wanted to cry I didn’t know what had happened to me as I reached home I got out of the car and went straight to my room hugging the pillow I started to cry I cried for nearly four hours I didn’t weather this was the most unhappy day for me or not after a while someone knocked the door then opening it slightly “didi can I come in please” said mehak I simply nodded she came in and sat up next to me “didi I’m missing bro a lot” she said “I’m also missing him mehak I just feel like going to the police station and hug him” I said hugging mehak “its not that easy” said dad standing at the door with a glass filled with whiskey he came over and sat between us both “you know naina at first I never did justice with my son and its all my mistake that I had disowned him if I hadn’t then he wouldn’t have taken the job and neither we would be seeing this day” he said “c’mon dad there’s no use for regret what ever happened had to happen” said mehak “yes my dear your right” he said I think I never had missed him as much ever in my life as I did now the whole night we were up thinking of what will happen to moly after the courts final decision

From moly’s point of view

After I was locked in the cage I was treated like a rat and I really mean a rat anyway that night I missed naina a lot more than I hade ever missed her along with my bed as you might not know I wasn’t given any bed to sleep the whole night I was thinking that I was wrong by doing this case if I hadn’t done it then by now I would be having a nice nap in my bed along with the cover of naina’s palm the more I thought of things it somehow connected to naina or dad or all of the people I had met in this period of time in which I was shrunk I was sad I was lonely and I needed naina I waited for next morning with the full preparation for what to say to whom and in which manner next morning arrived and before the court case hearing naina came to meet me the officer on duty opened the door and when naina was in he shut the door and then gave the cage keys to naina she opened the cage and picked me up in her fist “hi” she said I saw her face condition it was in a bad shape her eyes were red and I saw some dried tears on her cheeks she was wanting to hug me I opened my arms and gave her hug she slowly kissed me on my fore-head “hungry?” she asked me “yea a lot” I replied “I got some omelet for you but I’m sorry I couldn’t brink tea for you” she said “its all right” I said after eating naina kissed me again “see you in the court room” she said and keeping me back in the cage she locked it and then left an hour later I was loaded in an police van and taken to the court then back in the same room on the same table the judge arrived “the court is now is session you may take your seats” he announced I looked back to find that Garry hadn’t come while Jefferson, Luis and all had all ready arrived after a while the judge asked me “Mr. Kaicker where is your lawyer” he asked “sir I don’t know he was suppose to be here by now” I replied “sir there wasting the court’s time lets start with the proceedings please” said Luis then suddenly Garry arrived “your honor I have proof that my client is not guilty and first your honor here is the forensic lab report of my video tape which states that there is no tampering with the tape” said Garry he then inserted the tape and there was the truth it showed me entering into Jefferson’s office “ (me)may I come in sir….(Jefferson)yes moly…..(me)sir you called……(Jefferson)yes see my new project the reducer it can shrink things but I have a problem you know…..(me)what sir…….(Jefferson)I have no test subjects…..(me) sir you can try this” before I could have completed my sentence he had all ready shrunk me then he kept me in a cage “now that you know of my plans I will have to make sure no one sees you” said Jefferson from the tape and then a blue screen came up “there it is your honor the true facts of this case” said Garry “it is the judgment of this court that Dr. Carl Jefferson used the machine to steal the humanity of Mr. Anmol Kaicker and en-slaved him for a period of 6 months therefore the court sentences Mr. Carl Jefferson for 2 years of imprisonment and orders him to give up his science degree and return Mr. Anmol Kaicker to his normal post to his normal size with his dignity and you Mr. Kaicker the night you spent in lock up under court custody the asked you to forgive it for the inconvenience, court is now adjourned please make the preparations for the next case” he announced my dad and mehak reached for the table mehak picked me up and hugged me “my bro my miniature bro” she said while dad patted her shoulder “dear I think he needs to meet someone else before we should meet him” said dad “huh oh yea didi” said mehak then mehak walked up to naina and put me on her palm “here you go didi your husband” said mehak naina looked down at me and then hugged me “c’mon lets go home I made nice Chinese food for you want to eat” she asked I nodded and then hugged her then naina put me in her purse we got in the car dad then started the car and began driving “naina dear were out of the court now” I heard dad saying naina opened the purse and got me out “hey there” she said “how you feeling my little hero” she added I smiled up at her then suddenly dad stopped the car and took me from naina’s hands “son I’m really proud of you what you have achieved cannot be achieved easily I’m really proud of you my son” said dad I went and hugged his thumb he patted my back with a finger and gave me back to naina then drove home once at home naina opened the door as dad parked the car inside we were shocked to find the warm welcome which was given by riya, sheena, aditi, altamas, grace and one more girl who introduced herself as pratiksha but naina instead of taking me to them she took me to our room “naina we want to meet moly” said aditi “no way he’s tired he needs rest come at night for dinner then you all can talk” shouted naina taking me inside the room she tucked me in “thanks I needed that” I said “what?” she asked “rest” I replied I closed my eyes concentrating on sleeping but then again the court case haunted me “naina can you hug me please” I said she picked me up kissing me and then hugged me “ah naina why aren’t all beds like you?” I asked “because if beds were so soft then After he had slept I heard a knock on the door “come in I said” I said it was mehak “didi there’s a call for bro some one named Johnson” she said giving the phone to me “hello” I said “Mrs. Naina kaicker I’m Johnson but you can call me john I wanted to talk to you or your husband about his enlargement” he said “yes sir go ahead I’m listening” I replied “good bring your husband over to me at nine am tomorrow your husband has the address of my office” he said “thank you sir” I replied “don’t thank me thank the court its their order” he said “right sir” I said and disconnected the phone I couldn’t tell how happy I was it was just tonight and after this night my moly will be back to normal I looked down at the sleeping moly I placed him on the bed and then went to the toilet to get refreshed after I came out I went down to the kitchen I saw mehak there making tea “mind if I help you with that” I asked her “sure didi” she replied I started finish up making tea while I asked mehak to check for vegetables in the freezer

From moly’s point of view

I woke up with dad in front of me giving me a smile “how you feeling son” he asked “fine dad” I replied “where’s naina” I asked her “she’s making dinner actually your friends are coming over for dinner so she’s preparing dinner” he replied “I see” I said “son I was just going through the afternoon news paper and you are the braking news of the papers” he said “I am” I asked “yes” he said then showed me a copy of today afternoon’s new York times “SHRUNKEN MAN GETS HIS RIGHTS BACK” it wrote I read the news which was quite shocking it wrote about me winning the case which I did on Jefferson after I read the news I looked up at dad he patted my back with a smile “good going son” he said then went out of the room sending mehak to take care of me mehak entered the room closing the door she sat up next to me on the bed “can I lie down bro” she asked “why not” I said she lay down putting her feet in the quilt she picked me up and took me close to her she slowly rubbed her finger on my head and back “what are you doing” I asked her “helping you to relax” she replied I help her finger and hugged it “thanks” I said “no prob bro” she said then she switched on the TV and put on the music channel and for the next thirty minutes I couldn’t hear anything except the songs which were going while watching she kept me on her stomach after some time naina came in “mehak you better go I was so happy that my husband was back to normal oh my god he had fainted Dr. Johnson and I arranged a cab which took us to the city hospital where altamas was working as I reached in the city hospital I reached for altamas “altamas moly moly’s fainted please help him” I said to her she went with me to where moly was “oh my he’s got an concussion did he hit his head with something or what?” asked altamas “no like as he got back to normal then he had to sign a document and after he did all this happened” I replied altamas got moly enlisted in an ward I was standing at the door while she examined him after a while she came out by the time dad and mehak had also arrived “altamas dear how is he” asked dad “yes how is my bro” asked mehak “he’s suffered from an concussion I think his system’s were unable to accept the rapid change in sizes so fast but don’t worry we have him under observation” explained altamas “listen will he be all right” I asked “only time will tell if he doesn’t wake in about four hours then he might go into coma” said altamas “naina dear your getting late for the exam mehak has brought your bag and book dear you don’t worry we are here with him you go and give your exam don’t delay that keep my mobile phone whatever’s the news I’ll let you know all right dear now go” said dad giving me a cell phone he then arranged a cab for me before entering the cab he hugged me “don’t worry everything will be fine” he said I took my bag and kept the cell phone in it before heading to my exam I headed for the church to pray for my moly’s good health “didi you crying” I heard riya saying I looked at her and then hugged her I didn’t tell her anything and then I left for my exam as I reached I paid the cab and then entered then I saw grace and rohit “hey naina why have you come late” she asked me “moly had fainted so I just came from the hospital” I replied “o” said both together without saying anything else I went up to my class room I sat down keeping my bag on the side I took my pen I couldn’t stop thinking of moly after the paper was delivered I opened my pen and read out the first question after reading as I thought of the answer my mind was blank I kept my pen down and then I relaxed my mind then I picked up and began writing when I finished about quarter of my exam the phone rang “miss naina please shut of your mobile” said the examiner but I ignored and picked up the phone “hello” I said “naina come here fast moly is awake and is craving for you he’s calling you dear whatever you have done its done the rest leave it and” as I was listening the examiner snatched the phone from me “I said no talking on phone while giving the exam” she said “what exam is this exam more important than anybody’s life” I shouted “yes it is now please take your seat and resume your exam” she said “this exam maybe important but its not more important than my husbands life who’s at the moment in the hospital shouting for me” I shouted again “that can wait” she said I looked at my answer sheet picked it up and tore it “now how will you prove that I had given my exam” I said then I picked up my bag and left “naina what happened what was all that shouting for” asked grace “I’ll tell you later” I said then I hired a cab and went to the hospital

From moly’s point of view

My eyes opened in the hospital ward with naina sitting next to me rubbing her hand on my hair “how you feeling” she asked “I’m better” I replied she moved down and kissed me on my head I touched her face she gave a smile “rest” she said then altamas came to me “moly I cant let you go today I need to keep under observation for two day’s only so you all decide who’s staying” she said “what there to decide in it altamas I’ll stay with him this time I’m not making any mistakes by leaving him alone” said naina looking at me and smiling “all right I’ll be in my office if you need me” said altamas and left that night dad sent mehak to see me along with a small bag which had our clothes naina’s novel and two gift wrapped boxes while I was about to ask mehak had left naina came to me picking a box she opened a card on it “to my son and daughter-in-law from dad” said naina “its written on it” I asked “yea” she replied the opened the wrapping of the first box “hmm to my son” she said then giving a small laugh she opened the box it was a Nokia 7710 “ I think dad bought this for you moly” she said “dad also no anyway you open the second one” I said naina picked up the second box and opened it is it was a Nokia 7610 “I think that’s for you” I said she smiled well after that everything went just fine after I was discharged naina brought me home with care and after a few days of rest dad sent me and mehak on a honeymoon to Swiss and we lived happy together after our honey moon I dad naina and mehak went to India for a holiday it was our second last day in Delhi while naina was buying some things for herself while I saw mom sitting at an Indian restaurant eating lunch “naina come with me quick I want you to meet someone” I said to her “who” she asked I held her hand and went to mom “mom” I said to her she looked at me “moly my son” she said hugging me then she looked at naina “a mom this your daughter in law my wife naina” I said while naina bent down to touch her feet wait I didn’t teach her to do it anyway well she had bent half when mom stopped her and then hugged her “you don’t know how long I have been waiting for you” I said “I know my son I know” she replied “mom now no more hiding please come back with us and even dad said that he’s sorry please mom please” said naina man that was fast I think I’ll have to tell her to go a little slow next time my mother dropped her head and then said “where you staying” she asked “hotel Radisson” I said “lets go back home” she said with an smile after that mom also was with us and never ever separated from each other its been two years now since our marriage and I write this sometimes I feel the moments I and naina had together as friends just could have stopped there for a while naina the girl the one from a million who helped me who cared for me I can never forget her and I never will either oh ya when we returned home I got to know that aditi had shrunk Jefferson and kept him as a pet well she was about to gift him to me but I refused so lets say she adopted him and that’s how I got back everything I had lost my humanity, family, post, dignity, friends and naina.
