The day had finally come for Kevin. He began to worry just what would come of him over these next few days as he sat on the edge of his bed pondering. In just a-few hours from now he would be standing at just 5 inches tall.
A-few years ago, a new disease had been discovered that was potentially fatal if caught, and this disease was only able to be caught by certain people. Well, to be specific it was only men that were vulnerable. Somehow due the genetic make-up of males, they were the only ones able to catch this disease. Despite this being an extremely rare disease to catch, quickly after this discovery, scientists worked long and hard to find a vaccine that would fight this disease off. Eventually, after many months of research, a suitable vaccine was found, however this vaccine came with one small catch. Once injected with this vaccine, it would cause the taker to shrink down in size and stature. This came in a range of different sizes. Some takers would shrink just a-few feet, whereas other unlucky souls would find themselves standing just as tall as a young child. The really unlucky ones would find themselves shrunk to even smaller sizes, like 5 inches tall, 1 foot tall, or even in some cases microscopic sizes like 1 or 2 inches.
Kevin is a 20-year-old boy who lives a fairly ordinary lifestyle. He has previously finished school with plans to attend college in the coming years, and he often indulges in sports and video games in his spare time. He was even in the basketball team for his school, which was helped by his tall 6’3 frame. Kevin is a fairly popular guy and was generally well known and well liked at school. he is also a considerably good looking and handsome young man, which was reflected in school by his often-multiple hookups with the cheer team.Kevin is a cool guy, who’s good at keeping his composure. He’s generally very thoughtful and kind and is definitely someone kids in his old school wanted to be friends with.
Kevin lives at home with his 45-year-old Mom, Amanda and his 18-year-old sister, Ari. Amanda was a woman who looked incredible for her age. She had long hazel coloured hair and an incredibly smooth skinned, young-looking face. She also had some amazing assets like her large and well-shaped breasts which fit nicely into her 5’6 body. Amanda’s bright looks were something Kevin’s friends often teased him about and many jokes were made about her at Kevin’s expense, which isn’t something that bothered him too much. Amanda was a loving mom who always took great care of the two kids, who she had raised alone. Although a loving mom and person in general, Amanda was certainly someone you did NOT want to get on the bad side of. She is someone who can be extremely fiery and firm sometimes if you rub her up the wrong way, something Ari and Kevin had found out the hard way growing up. Kevin’s sister Ari was almost finished with high school being just the 2 years younger than him. Ari had many features that her mom passed down to her, with a nice, tan tone to her skin, similar long hazel hair, a short 5’4 frame and, oh yes, large tits. Ari was considered one of the best-looking girls in school and again was the topic of many jokes Kevin’s friends made due to her sharp looks. She was also extremely popular at school, and also indulged in sports such as soccer, in which she was part of the team at school. Ari, like her mother was a very kind and thoughtful person however, she too had a fiery side that her mom had passed down to her. Again, something Kevin also learned the hard way was you do not want to push Ari’s buttons.
Kevin had a very loving family with the 3 of them and they all got on extremely well. Being a similar age, Kevin and Ari had many similar interests and had a close-knit brother sister relationship. Despite the support and love of his mom and sister, Kevin couldn’t help but feel nervous for the weekend ahead of him. It was a Friday afternoon, and the Friday prior Kevin had received his letter in the mail. “Dear Kevin Brown, this is an official notice from ScienceCorp that your vaccine appointment will take place a week from today. It is a legal requirement you attend, please read the attached letter for further details”. That letter was all Kevin had been able to think about all week. Questions had raced through his head like how small was he going to get? How long was it going to last? And most of all the question that irked him the most was, how were Amanda and Ari going to treat him?
A few of Kevin’s peers had undergone the vaccine and shrinking process and he had heard many stories regarding the matter. He had heard one case where one of his old classmates from school had his vaccine, and he had shrunk to a size around 10 inches tall. Rumour has it he then spent the next three days doing chores for his stepmother. Apparently, she had taken great joy by making him do things such cleaning small bits of dust around the house, deep-cleaning family members shoes and worst of all, spending large amounts of time massaging his Stepmothers feet. Rumour also has it that he had gotten so used the scent of her feet that once he’d grown back, he was unable to function in day-to-day life without a dose of that foot stench, so he now has to rub her feet once a day to be able to resume normal life and function properly - a situation that wildly amused his stepmother. He had heard another case where one girl, whom he was friends with, told him about her cousin who took the vaccine and shrunk to about 6 inches tall. She said her aunt absolutely loved having her son shrunken, in fact she enjoyed having him shrunk so much that she contacted higher-ups at ScienceCorp in order to get more doses of the vaccine so she could keep him tiny. Apparently, the government ended up allowed her these extra doses of the vaccine to keep him shrunk due to his past behavioural issues and this was to be seen as an indefinite attempt at discipline. Kevin remembered the girl told him that when she went round to visit, she saw they were keeping him in a hamster cage in the living room and he is being kept as somewhat of a “family pet” until further notice. As Kevin thought about these scenarios in his head, he couldn’t help but grow more nervous about the whole situation.
“Snap out of it!” Kevin told himself as he began to reassure himself. “Mom and Ari love me, there is no way they would do anything like that to me.” He said to himself again. He truly believed the words he was telling himself. He had a great, loving relationship with his mom and Sister and he had full faith that they would look after him well over the few days. Kevin took a-few minutes to calm down and gather his thoughts. He closed his eyes, slowly breathing in and out before he was interrupted by a shout from downstairs.
“Kevin!” Amanda shouted up the stairs to her son. “Come on honey we need to leave or we’re going to be late.”
Downstairs, Amanda put her jacket on and searched through the pockets for her car keys. She herself was feeling slightly worried about the whole situation. Although she knew herself and Ari would treat Kevin with lots of love and care, she couldn’t help but feel sorry for her 20-year-old son. How worried he must be, how vulnerable he must feel. Amanda and Ari were both accompanying Kevin to the ScienceCorp clinic where he would receive the vaccine. Once Injected with the vaccine, the taker falls instantly unconscious and undergoes a shrinking process which lasts around an hour before they are handed back to their guardians/carers to be taken home, therefore it was mandatory that Kevin’s Mom was there with him. Ari was attending for the emotional support side of things.
“You look worried, Mom” Ari said as she appeared from the hallway, dressed and ready to get going. She was dressed in light blue jeans and and low-cut black top, exposing her busty cleavage.
“I am… just a little bit, honey.” She replied back to her daughter. “I’m just a-bit concerned about how Kevin must be feeling. I know there’s been lots of story’s going around about people from your school and ex classmates of Kevin’s being treated badly when they shrink, but I hope Kevin knows it won’t be like that for him one bit.”
“I’m sure he knows, mom.” Ari said back. “Kevin knows we love him and would never do anything with malicious intent. I actually think he might have fun this weekend, seeing things from a whole newperspective.” The words Ari spoke were words she believed to be true. She genuinely believed it could be a fun weekend for Kevin. Everyone associates shrinking down with being a bad experience, but Ari always thought there was lots of potential for fun to be had. Besides, it’s a once in a lifetime experience, 3 days, that’s it.
Back upstairs in his room, Kevin reluctantly stood up from his bed. He sighed before grabbing his jacket and headed downstairs. Upon arriving downstairs, he was met by Amanda and Ari, both giving him slightly sympathetic looks that they were trying to hide. They didn’t want to patronise him before the events of the day unfolded.
“Are you ready honey?” Amanda gently asked her son.
” Yeah, let’s go” he replied. “There’s nothing we can do about it now so we might as-well get it over with” he said as he headed for the door. Amanda and Ari exchanged concerned looks behind him before following him towards the car.
The 45-minute car journey to ScienceCorp was a fairly silent one, as neither Amanda nor Ari really knew what could be said to keep Kevin at ease. Ari decided she was going to sit in the back with Kevin whilst their mom drove. As she looked over at her brother, who was looking out the window in deep thought, she thought of how she could comfort him.
“Hey Kev,” she softly spoke. “You know these next few days are going to completely fine. Me and Mom are going to take the best care of you and make sure you’re treated absolutely no different, so what if you're going to be smaller? your still my big brother and I still love you”.
Kevin stared into his sisters' big brown eyes. She was wearing jeans and a low-cut top, exposing her busty cleavage, something Kevin refused to acknowledge. A comforting smile formed from her soft lips. He appreciated his sisters attempts to make him feel better, but he still felt a sickly feeling deep down in his stomach as he thought back to all the previous stories that he’d been told about friends that had shrunk.
“Don’t even worry about those stories you’ve heard from people at school.” She said to him, as if to read his mind. “Me and Mom aren’t gonna make you do any sort of chores or anything like that.”
Kevin smiled at his sister. He really did need the reassurance.
“But… if you really did want it then I’m not going to say no to a-few tiny foot rubs this weekend!” she laughed, holding up her size 5 shoe to demonstrate her joke.
“Don’t you even think about it, I’m not going near those smelly things!” Kevin shot back at her with a laugh.
“No seriously, my toenails need painting and I think you’d be just the guy for job!” She joked again, shoving her shoes towards Kevin’s face as he fended them away, the two of them giggling in the back seat.
Around 20 minutes later, the car pulled up at at ScienceCorp. Kevin looked out at the window and saw a massive, spaceship looking building. This was it. It was time to shrink for Kevin. When he opened his eyes in a-few hours he may be merely 1 inch tall, barely visible to his mother and sister. Kevin made a quick prayer in hopes he would only have lost a foot or two when he woke up. He felt a reassuring hand on his knee from his sister as they exchanged a smile. He glanced out of the window at the building once again as his mom turned around to give him a reassuring smile. She reached out to stroke his face and as she did, Kevin noticed the rings on her fingers. In just afew hours he could possibly be just as big as the Jewels on her rings, small enough to fit as a nice hand decoration for his mother. Kevin sighed before hearing his sisters voice next to him.
“You ready, Kev?” She asked him as she got ready to exit the vehicle
Without replying, Kevin undid his seatbelt and got out of the car.
A whole new perspective awaited.
