Some of the rules Jenny can't break remind me of something, I wonder if you've heard it:

Alchemy: the science of understanding, deconstructing, and reconstructing matter. However, it is not an all-powerful art. It is impossible to create something out of nothing. If one wishes to obtain something, something of equal value must be given. This is the law of equivalent exchange, the basis of all alchemy. In accordance with this law, there is a taboo amonng alchemists: human transmutation is strictly forbidden. For what could equal the value of a human soul?

So I guess what I'm asking is have you seen Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood? lol.

Anyway, good chapter. I like the friends with benefits angle their relationship is heading for. They get to do some kinkiy stuff even if they aren't dating. Though I wouldn't be surprised if one of them accidentally developes feeling for the other.

Thank you for checking out my story foreignkanto. No I'm afraid I've never seen Fullmetal Alchemist before, though I've heard a bit about it. I gave Jenny the ability to warp reality but based her limits off of the rules of reality. Kind of like, she can mold the universe around her like clay, but she can't make the clay itself. Law of Conservation of Matter and Energy. Her inability to affect time is based off of us being three dimensional beings, whereas time is a different dimension which we are beholdent to, therefore she can't control it. And lastly the soul aspect came from my own personal beliefs that, if there is a spiritual world around us, it's also of a dimension beyond us, and beyond her control.
