Thanks for the review. I haven't yet decided if the portal shrinks and relocates to elsewhere on the existing world (which might be problematic to provide a rationale for other than maybe reduing trash and serving as a garbage disposal) or if it takes us to another world which is my leaning. Either way I wanted this to be a first contact between the two to leave open all sorts of possibilities.

Trolls, dragons, and wizards? This isn't Harry Potter, haha!
Reading this chapter alone feels like a completely different story. This chapter felt like a game. Enter the cave, get past the trolls, avoid the dragon, and make it through the portal. Game complete. Or level complete.
Still a great chapter. It shows up smart Sir George is as explores this place.
Looking forward to the next chapter!
