You can kind of imagine Patricia at home, holding some pots and saying: How do I use these? Usually I just call Alvin and poof, food. *looks up* I've made a terrible mistake.

Haha, I imagine she'd resort to eating taking out after several failed attempts at cooking before realising that.

Great Chapter! It was comidic how fast and positive Cassie's response to Alivin and Wendy staying over was! It really was like she was waiting for a call from him, I wonder if she knew about their predicament beforehand somehow? Anyway, Wendy is really beating herself up isn't she?

Part of me thinks she deserves to feel bad as punishment for how she treated Alvin up till now, but mostly I just hope she gets over it. I guess her friends flaking on her took a toll on her too? She can't just assume they said "no" to be mean though, more than likely they had reasons why they couldn't house them.

Anyway, it sucks about the less frequent update schedule in the future but real life comes first...

  Nah, Cassie knew nothing until the call came in. She's just being a very good friend, that is all. 

  Wendy isn't in the best state of mind at the moment, she'll get over it. 

  I should still able to update but just less frequent, maybe every 3 weeks or so. I just don't think it will be weekly now that school is back. A little disappointed I didn't finish the story by now though, had hoped for that.
