I think maybe Jessica is being a little unreasonable when it comes to wanting people not to be afraid of her. I mean yeah, Jack should NOT have run off but he WAS scared. Im a fan of GTS and even I don't know what I'd do in the face of a real GTS, running away is something completely understandable! And then the irony of it all is she was yelling at him about why he ran away and why he was scared of her while she stomping around in a fury (not exactly making youself look non-threatening there, Jess).
While I do think Jack is a douche and more in the wrong here Jessica is piling it on by being rough with him, threatening him and finally humiliating him at the end there...Not exactly something a model citizen would do, and CERTAINLY not something you'd do to someone injured that almost died not long ago. Also, I'm surprised you let things get this far on, Im excited to see how you patch things up between them, their relationship looks to be getting more and more hopeless with each chapter.
Great one though. I guess I can say that BOTH characters irk me in some way, so if that was your intention, good job.

In Jessica's defence, she put up with a lot of crap from Jack from the moment he woke up, she just lost it.
I never intended for Jack to be liked at this point, Jessica wasn't supposed to be so easy to like either.

I kinda wish something would come up so Jack and Jessica could leave on a better note. I'm really enjoying this story and want to see more. I did like how Jessica was finally letting Jack have it though.
Also would love to see Caitlin and Jessica fighting over Jack(I realize Jessica could squash in a second but I'd like it for the interactions between the two as well as how Jack would treat that situation)

First off, thanks for the review. I don't get as much as Downtrodden but this has become a pet project of mine and I will finish the saga of Jessica. It is what made me get off my lazy lurker's ass and write this story before realising how rushed and unplanned it was, opting for a reboot to redo it.
Jack's been an ass, no two ways about it. I would love to see a fight between two girls, one giant and one small over the same man and yes, Jessica could end it by squashing Caitlin in a second but will she? Will there even be a love triangle? It could happen but so far, Caitlin is just a flashback. For little Jack, to be caught between two beautiful women, I'd really envy him!
Jessica's breath is fine but she isn't immune to that thing we call "morning breath."
