The formula has msotly been described as some sort of enhancement drug, or at least that's what Jimmy makes it out to be. It could be be pretty much anything, and have any effect.

The formula is a shrinking one, correct? If yes, then option D.
Sarah comes out of the shower and Jimmy notices the smell is still there and pretends to faint. He chuckles and gets back up but Sarah is not amused. She whacks him in the head and Jimmy falls down unconscoius.
Sarah, murmers to herself that she is tired of Jimmy complaining about her feet. She decides she needs to cool of and this time takes the formula and looks at it. She sniffs it and smells something awful.
She decides to get revenge on Jimmy and prepares a drink for Jimmy with the formula. She wants to see how he reacts to this formula since it is much stronger than her foot stench.
Jimmy lies on the floor unconscois, but opens his eyes only to fall asleep again. Sarah is impatient and forces the drink into Jimmy who panics and realizes that it is the formula.
Sarah sees the fear, and is delighted that Jimmy is truly afraid of the smell of something else other than her feet. Her size overpowers Jimmy and she manages to have Jimmy drink every last drop.
Sarah laughs and walks back to the kitchen while looking at Jimmy. Jimmy is slow to get up and he is blabbering something. He cant utter anywords, and soon, he shrinks instantly to a few inches and is surrounded by his gigantic clothing.
Sarah sees Jimmy dissapear and only his clothes remain (to her view). Sarah runs toward the clothes and finds a cute little Jimmy just a few inches tall.

Option D Sarah's old volleyball teemates want to get together and have a reunion to talk about old times (and show off their men) she is in charge to bring the appetizers and she gets buffalo wings. Jimmy's secret sauce is brought along because it might go great with the wings. Or so Sarah thinks when she opens the refrigerator next time
