After Bob realized that his petite little wifey, actually 'wanted' him shrunken, he was just alittle bit pissed....  Falsely thinking that maybe his more 'mature' middle-aged, land-lady might actually 'Help Him', he allowed her to find him (sitting on the dresser) .  Now, afterword- he has since discovered that being such an 'itty-bitty' size, that most 'any' woman' is going to find him simply adorable!
