Thanks for the feedback, i really appreciate it. Regarding the "yes ma'am" thing, bear in mind that i am from Argentina and english is not my native language. I am not very familiarized with the term, i have never read it or heard it in any context other than this site and i don't even know how it sounds, for long time i thought that the word "ma'am" stood for "mom / mother" and i realized that it wasn't like that one week ago after reading your previous review and searching the term meaning on internet.
