Now I get your "quantum entanglement" comment.  Multiple possibilities as to where Noah ends up.  They all seem to end with Noah being in a girl's asshole, pure bliss among pure bliss, one heavenly girl's asshole after another girl's asshole; how divine.

Yup, like the inverse perspective of Schrödinger's cat, Jack has no idea whether the person opening the package will be 'Lily' or not until it's opened and he observes his mistake playing out lol
