Next, I like the setup of this story. The intro to the characters are nice, and I think it's interesting you mentioned that she has a family. Could be fun for her to hide him from them. Lol
I also like Lily's friendly/flirty behavior. She gives me that "I'm going to mess with you, but you will love it" vibe.
