Have to agree with the other reviewers Grace has control.  She will discover that the folks from that part of New York have advances, perhaps those that help her and her magic.  If she can read minds and 'suggest' she has no real need to be cruel or overbearing in her treatment.  In fact I agree with Ugly she gets a lot more milage from being 'nice, gentle, and compassionate' there are likely half to three-quaters of the inhabinants who have little to offer her.  If she is smart she can say she's able to send such and such number home every week.  She builds good will and by hinting if they help her she maybe able to send more, with her ablities she will get the best of those she needs.  Also she's smart, she knows if she rewards them with better food, devices and other things they will work even better for her.  This while she prefects her spells, and maybe snags another city by 'acident' being 'sorry and remorseful' Grace works with them as she does with New york,  Maybe Grace was the source of the orginal magical storm?  Not saying Grace shouldn't be nasty if she has to be, but even an evil mastermind wants a calm homefront, Grace is self-intrested from my read and if she can get better results with a karrot and stick rather then stick I think she would go for it.

Beth, even if Grace is gentle, good and kind (which she maybe for her own means!) theres going to be tension beteewn them cause Beth is figuring out Grace is selfish and self-intrested, if she does those things it because she gains from them, I am guessing them will fight, Beth to protect and maybe move her friend to a more chartible mindsite, Grace to gain more power, she doesn't have to be nasty to do it either her abilities, size and her shrunken pool of labor can allow her to make her goals into the tinies goals with a win-win for both sides (larger win for Grace).

Not exactly and 'all-knowing' goddess, hope she stays gentle, maybe take an intrest in women issues (child raising, baring, pain of brith) and fix those while helping her 'children' as a whole.  Don't mind the inadverent crush, but would enjoy a kind interaction with her worshipers.  Thank you.

Sorry not very clear, basically Lynn with the best of intentions and the least of her powers begins to make world altering changes.

Lynn notices babies are beautiful, the love invested in most inspires awe even in a goddess like her, so why do women baring such beauty into the world endure so much pain and die so often with the wonderful children.  Lynn as a goddess needs to fix this, so she makes women larger and stronger so they can have their children without risk to them or themselves and bringiing such joy into the world should be a joy so...

Also Lynn would find it completely unfair that some have difficulty have progeny so she may amp up male and female fertility, making women even larger and stronger as well as men.

The humans she benefits know it's her and worship her alone, their children follow (and for some unknown reason there is an ever going baby boom) causing Lynn to grow ever more powerful and dominate over the other goddesses.  Causing women to be even more gently dominate over men, causing humanity to be even more dominate over nature.  A postive feedback loop for all involved.

Basically a good natured,gentle, kind goddess who lacks forsight and 'fixes' problems without regard to the follow on issues she causes and only gets more powerful because of her acts of 'compassion' leading to further acts and becoming even more powerful.

Great another story about a decent guy who get shrunk, tormented and likely killed, not as though 50% of the stories here are that general genre.

Fine the girl gets a bit power crazy, fine she doesn't completely realize the harm she is doing, fine she enjoys it a bit too much.  Could we have a story in which she has a talk, a moment, a realization of oh my god this could of been me, how would I like it? then dails things back, maybe God-Forbid actually work toward curing the guy.  Possible have reprocussions for her actions rather then nutornium plot armor miles thick (family members miss their son or brother, after enough time police reports are filed, secert search warrents are issued after suspect cools down, finding the shrunken victim).

The first three chapters are great, but the way it seems to be going is Lauren is going to get away with litterally murder and Chris for being a decent person and friend is going to his butt reamed at best, flushed like a used tampon at worst.  If I want that there are hunderds of other stories to read.  Up to a point it might make a good story, but the girl meets guy, guy is decent, guy gets shrunk, girl brutilizes guy then kills guy is cliche.

Hoping you surpise me and live up to the Gentle part at least at the end.  Thank you.

Would love the Irony of Ella being the one who show Sarah how wrong she has been with the two times she has given into the evil goddesses.

Ella with her artist are enjoying new eden as are all the 'goddesses' she runs into Alyassa sniffs and notes three dead planets where there was once life.  A notices and chuckles evily and dismissively of E, oh Sarah will give you planets with billions all you have to do is ask.

Ella looks with contempt at Sarah (being nature) and begins to cry over the lost tinies, Theia, Arannia and even Cessi consol the goddess of the Wild, while Sarah already having had the discussion with T, Ar and Ce stating she is the Matricarch she does what she damn well pleases (though already shifting slightly if only for logical reasons, you can give Alyassa 23 billion every day, or every decade or let Fionna rape a new world) is shamed by Ella and begins to rethink, then Fionna brings her tributes she took from Theia's world and begins killing them, Ella strikes her and secures a bag smells it and give it back to it's "owner" Theia while glaring at Sarah.

Sarah with Rich, and others has began to regert her previous actions, she want to go along to get along, but increasingly realizes that isn't going to work.  The poor treatment of tributes and worlds isnt' going to work either.  like Battlemaster-3D says there are greater things at work and the old model and cruetly will end them she senses.  So, Sarah begins to assert herself to Fionna and Alyassa if not protecting tributes yet, at least not wasting the resources and since it takes so little effort she begins to make life a bit more comfortable for them as her guilt and remorse slowly grow. 

Looks like there was a 'Winner'...

Arianna is looking rough, but in enduring what she agreed to endure she is moving Sarah and Cessi toward her and Thiea is providing the extra push.

Fi and Alyassa maybe there own worst enemies, they keep pushing and pushing, Sarah gave Fi the torument to "calm' her, it having been a fiasico doubt that Fionna will 'calm' down.

Victoria is out and about, still looking for Thiea, wonder if she feels some compassion for Arianna, she was around her and considering how she gets her powers and how it makes her feel, I would gather she does.

Cessi is 'worried' about Victoria and teleported to Sarah, gather there will be some chapters about that.

Wonder if Simon's and Jacob's divine protection lasted...
