@Duggernaut. I like your type of stories. The killing and torture is mostly justified by lead giantess character and your characters don't turn into stupid one dimensional characters. She punish each one in an appropriate way. Anna is a person who can handle power, that's refreshing.

I liked this story. It was a fun read about taking revenge on very horrible people. But alas, it is not really finished. Anna and Veronica still aren't safe yet. Hope they can defeat all their enemies for good, so they can enjoy their powers without having to battle the goddess inside of them. They deserve some happiness after what they've been through. Veronica even managed to get a fun pet out of it.

Lol no they're never really finished though I did want some measure of closure. Rachel going to the house and finding a litthe one (Jim, Valen, and Trent were all there) left an opening. Darlene and her next attempt. I never clarified veronica mother's fate or Imogen's parents. Where do they go from here? So yeah I left a lot on the table and found myself attracted to other projects. There about a half dozen others works on the go and I'm still trying to rework Mo's Story. Hopefully one of the new ones catches your interest. :)

It's hard to give an opinion about the charaters. We know so little yet. For a world where telling the truth is so important, they are very tolerant of him from what I read so far. His family doesn't seem to hate him.
Tom Baker also seems to accept his fate and doesn't mind very much being handled by others so far. Compulsive liers are very annoying. But there is probably more behind Tom Bakers behaviour than meets the eye.
But it's more about Tom having fun. I like his 'I don't care what you do to me attitude' so far.

You're right that Tom's family don't hate him, except for maybe Alaina, who at least resents him a lot. They're just used to it by now and have learned to accept him, even if they believe they have to punish him sometimes. You raise some good questions about Tom himself that I will avoid answering now so I don't spoil anything, but you're on the right track.

“I should’ve gotten you to lie again before I shared my gum,” she complained quietly.  It was something she dared never mention in the presence of Alaina or even her oldest brother or mother, but nonetheless, it was understood between Tom and Emma that she couldn’t have cared less how often he lied as long as it was to her advantage.

Emma doesn't mind and Tom doesn't care and is 100% obidient all the time. The bond between them is the strongest. Maybe his only ally against this world. I wonder what his schoolday will be like and if he has friends or girlfriends. Probably not.

Tricking someone into lying isn't well received either?

Good questions to have; we'll see that Tom does have friends, though conditionally so. And right, tricking someone into lying isn't looked on favorably either, because they contributed in some way to truth being withheld.

The funny part is, that the environment pretends to hate Tom. But they all like to play or torture him in his shrunken form. What if you took that 'addicted fun' away from them. Their lives would be empty.

I have to agree with Carycomic.
Now it gets very unrealistic. There is no way that the characters around him never lie often or have to admit to their torture when asked by others.

Interesting read again. You can feel the tension. I don't think Corey will ever be his old self again or his family. There is a lot of pain here.

Indeed, my mistake. Thanks for reminding. I read many size change changing stories lately that I sometimes get a little mixed up. I forgot he hadn't drunk when he drove his car when I read chapter 4. An important detail, what makes this story good.

This is interesting. I see Corey thinks like me, hard punishment is deserved, but what kind?
This must be hard for the family as well. What kind of treatment would help Corey.
In the Omega stories "Consequences" and "Tough Love" you did an excellent job at that. But this hard. What punishment can make it right?
The only thing that can make it right is if the preserve the dead woman's body and that it is somehow possible(couple of years later) to use the power of the PMRD device to bring the body back to life again. With condition that it has the absorb someones energy and that person is permanently shrunken to a certain size. The PRMD can still shrink that person, but he/she will never regain full hight again. Corey can than spend the rest of his life at 7 inch tall, but he will have saved that woman. A noble sacrifice. But that's just my idea.
I wonder how this story will develop.

This story is very different than your other 'Oversight' story, 'Short Weekend'. In that other story, the punishment is too hard and meanspirited in my eyes.

In this one, he deserves it. If I did what Corey did, I would accept almost every punishment those four women want to dish out. I wouldn't hold it against them.

Corey must set rules for himself. Never ever drive a car again and never drink alcohol again. Speak as little as possible and do all chores without questioning. Take in all the torture as well. Do what ever the family says for the rest of your life.

I do want to provide a quick note of clarification: Corey wasn't drinking when this accident happened. It was late, he was tired, and the road was mostly empty - so he decided to press on the gas a bit more. But no alcohol was involved.

He should stay with Lucie. I mention those examples as maybe interesting just to add how dangerous his shrunken state is if he falls into the wrong hands or if he is left alone in the open world.

I never saw Adelina as evil. Adelina lived a long time and people at that old age must care little about the trivial feelings of young people. This chapter emphasized it, that after this horror, the other characters feelings do not really matter and what Michael has to endure she sees as child's play. She is just amused, more cynical about things. She planned this a long time ago and It is almost certain Michael's behaviour had little to do with it. She is not out to kill or maim Michael it seems. The problem is she seems to have specific goals in mind and if Michael or any person needs to be sacrificed for those goals, she will do it. All the other characters are at the mercy of Adelina's will and chessgame.

Indeed, imagine a bee sting. You did well with the characters. People closest to you that harm you in your srhunken state and are still believable human beings, that is always interesting in the story.

It was my hope to provide perspective in this chapter. Michael is complaining about his misfortune which nows in contrast to Adelina's past does seem trivial.  More questions will arise and this whole story will shift as the game comes into focus.
