I'm glad you found the chapter compelling! Yeah, I guess I just don't like writing conflict between the main characters. Like with the argument in the first story. But, sometimes it has to happen.

Midterms were fine, thanks! Lots and lots of essays. Ironically, essays are a lot easier for me to write these days. 2000 word essays don't seem nearly as intimidating when I've written over 100,000 words in the last few months! Thanks again for your continued reviews.

Wow, this was certainly a bombshell of a chapter but one that was necessary. I wonder if Elizabeth is going to try to woo him. I know she's more of a mother figure, however you commented earlier that she finds him attractive. Plus she's a master manipulator when she sees potential for a greater good and the circumstances are right. Perhaps in this case she believes Brian is better off with her, and when Allie took things too far she manipulated her out so she could swoop in.

Thanks for the review! I agree, I think this was something that needed to happen. 

As for Elizabeth, I'd say that she definitely views Brian as more of a surrogate son than a romantic interest. That's not to say she isn't attracted to him at all, but she's more concerned with giving him the type of love that he was cheated out of with his actual mother. Her flirty moments were meant to be teasing (equally directed at Brian and Allison). That isn't to say that she didn't engineer this situation for her own goals, though! She's like an overprotective mother, and she felt like Brian was getting hurt because of his relationship with Allison. That's not necessarily true, of course, but that's her thought process. Anyway, I hope you enjoy how it progresses!

Wonderful chapter. I'll save judgement until you finish the story, just try to avoid the mistake many authors make where they rush the ending and try to fit too much into 1 chapter. Still holding out hope for some sort of sex scene between the two haha. Either way, good luck and hope you stick the landing.

I was wondering if she'd be vomited up and survive! I thought it odd that you went over Alice's thoughts and surroundings upon entering Tate's stomach. Now it makes perfect sense. Though it seems you hinted at Sylvia being dead (e.g. motionless). Guess we'll find out soon! Either way, wonderful work and I look forward to the next chapter, hopefully with some more sexy fun between Eren and Jisoo to break it up.

 

You know what would be an interesting ending. Unless I misread something, it's my understanding that they can be grown back to normal. What if Claire was grown back and given Thomas. I wonder if their viewpoints would change? 

 

Lastly, love the angle you're taking with Maddie. Wouldn't it be ironic if she fell for a speck, haha?

Wonderful addition! Not gonna lie, I always found their mission to destroy Thomas to be fairly flawed. From how much he tried to protect his sister, to his reaction to learning about how she treated specks, Thomas seems to be a fairly decent guy. Kinda hoping he ends up ok.

Thomas is definitely not a bad guy, he just has the unfortunate role of being a person on the other side of the proverbial fence. Which makes him a rather tragic target for people who can do all sorts of crazy things.
