An amazing, classic giantess story that was one of the first I discovered. This blew my mind the first time I read it as I realized there are other fans of mega giantesses. The journey she undergoes from realizing her new power to fully enjoying it will forever be an inspiration to my own writing.

Summary:

Megan is a civil engineer in her mid-twenties, fighting hard to make progress in her career as a project manager. To everyone who knows her, Megan is smart, funny, and cute. She is also too shy, a characteristic that has caused her trouble in her professional and love lives. Having been cheated by her latest boyfriend and with her timidness getting in the way of her professional success, Megan is not happy with the way her life is going.

What no one knows about Megan is that she has secretly wished to be a giantess her entire adult life. Once she found out the classic giantess stories, she could not stop reading them. And Janice in the City still has a special place in her heart as the first and most transformational story she ever read.

So, when fate turns Megan into one of the amazing mega giantesses she has always fantasized about, she knows perfectly well what to do. And she will prove to the world that there is nothing timid about her anymore.

Megan in the City is a "classic" giantess in the city story, even if quite longer than the average one, at 136,000 words or novel-length. As usual in my stories, there is a lot of action, but I also keep my focus on developing the plot,  the characters, and the backstory, so that this reads like an end-to-end story and not just like a collection of scenes.

Like most giantess rampage stories, Megan in the City features violence, strong language, and strong sexual themes, so be warned!

A bit wordy and sadistic for my taste, but the detail and interactions were excellent. I especially appreciate the dialog, which took creativity that the story itself highlights. Interesting to see if Megan resurfaces again...

Author's Response:

Thanks! I'm glad that you enjoyed the story and the dialogue. It's true that my stories tend to be long and definitely the giantesses are on the sadistic side...

I like your work too - I'd love to read more about Laetitia or similar girls to her in the future!

A delightful short that feels like the start of a great adventure! It makes sense within the context to take place in an abandoned quarry, but I do enjoy the excitement of growth in a crowded area. The only thing I have difficulty with is changes in perspective within a paragraph, such as when 3rd person narration is mixed with first person thoughts.
Hopefully the giantess professor will take her intern into the city and have some fun!

Author's Response:

Thank you for the review! Ooo~ That does sound like a fun idea ^^

Summary:

My 3rd/4th story as I simultaneously pen a mega couples story is of a similar ilk to the other two I have written. A little larger but still comfortably mega as the title all too obviously explains, another young woman thrust into a situation she has little control over. How will she react? Well, you will just have to read to find out. Or at least read the various warnings first if indeed some things are not your cup of tea. Either way, unlike my last two stories which took place in generally made up areas, this and the other take place in realish world locations. Big ups to google maps and the measure feature to strive for some accuracy albeit geographically skewed. Since this story takes place in 2018, not to mention the growing woman this is purely fantasy, all resemblance to those living and rainbow bridges is strictly coincidental, reader discretion advised, now on with the story.

This is wonderfully descriptive and titillatingly detailed writing.

To expand upon what another reviewer mentioned, I find it difficult to follow paragraphs where the perspectives are muddled together. Conventionally, new paragraphs are useful when switching between 3rd person narration and an individual's 1st person perspective. Two different individuals expressing their own 1st person perspectives would each get their own paragraphs.

Looking forward to more of Sanctity's adventure!

Author's Response:

Thank you for enjoying the story.

Forgive the editing (er lack thereof) due to real world time constraints and additions sometime going a sentence at a time makes for the uneven style. Generally, I will just do one proofread/spell check before I post since I get distracted and risk losing interest if I spend too much time editing a single chapter once written. I try to give each mini scenario it's own dedicated paragraph, but I get a sloppy and forget perspectives on occasion. That combined with the concurrent mega couple story I am also writing adds to the confusion but helps if I get bogged down in one outline to skip to the other to get the creative juices flowing again, erm, so to speak.

Thanks again and I am a big fan of your stories as well, keep up the good work!

Summary:

A guide for good writing practices using the lens of destructive giantess stories as a medium (though this advice is still applicable to shrinking/gentle stories).
This paper is intended to serve as a resource for upcoming and aspiring writers to consult in order to make their writing superior and easier.
There is no explicit giantess content in this paper, though there are example outlines of stories that giantess enjoyers may find titillating.

DISCLAIMER: This guide may make you a pretentious prick like me and ruin some stories for you. This is a guide to writing stories, not erotica. If you can enjoy porn without a good plot, you can enjoy erotica without a good plot.

An excellent summary of writing principles for a cohesive narrative. Though I've written a few things before, this is a great refresher on what to pay attention to as I continue. Outlines are indeed important, and I find them especially useful when I'm trying to fit new ideas into upcoming chapters. Dialog remains a challenge for me, and any specific tips to improve it would always be useful.

Also, thanks for your review of my story!

Author's Response:

Thanks for the review! Yeah, outlines are one of those things I really didn't appreciate when I was in high school, but gained a greater appreciation for later in college and as I started writing larger works, especially fiction. While they can help structure reports and essays in non-fiction, I find they're invaluable for setting things up and paying them off later to make a satisfying story.

I'm currently writing two stories at once right now so I'm not sure when I'll next update this guide, but dialogue is one of the things I plan to touch upon. I'm not sure if I'll incorporate it into "flavoring your story" or give it a dedicated chapter to itself, but for what it's worth, I think the dialogue in Mega Laetitia is totally fine. Yes, it's a little simplistic, but I think that works well for your protagonist as she's overcome by lust and her primal instincts. I would even say the dialogue so far is very immersive in that regard. Flustered people in the midst of euphoria aren't exactly the wittiest of folks! You do a good job of changing her tone from her own perspective and that of the little people with the use of caps and I feel that the dialogue of minor characters has largely managed to facilitate the scenes where it's present. With that said, Mega Laetitia hits on a lot of tropes of the genre in all of the best ways. It's one of my favorite "classic gts rampage stories" and takes me back to my adolescence when I first started reading this stuff. Maybe I'm giving you too much credit and I'm wearing nostalgia glasses, but I've really enjoyed it. ;)

One thing I would stress with dialogue is that it's not merely spoken words; it's also the actions around the words. So consider what you are trying to impart to the reader and the tone of the scene. If you have a fast-paced action scene, give us the words quickly and with little flare so they have a minimal disruptive impact. Inversely, if you are trying to create a feeling of dread, give us vivid descriptions of what's going on around the spoken words to make the scene last longer and really immerse the reader while building suspense. I generally try to space out my reviews for stories, but since my last review was a little "short and sweet" I'll be happy to re-read your newest chapter (I already read it the day it came out XD) and give you more detailed feedback about what I feel you're doing well and also how it could be improved. That said, I still felt it was a five-star chapter and don't recall having any complaints.

Also, if you want to have a bit more of a back-and-forth, you can find me on the GTSworld discord. I think you're already in there, so feel free to ping me (@Germanicus).
