Summary:

One day, Nitros Oxide decides to get revenge on Coco Bandicoot for the fact that she has rather-recently beaten him in a kart-racing tournament...by giving her a fatally extreme case of COVID-19 named Verona Chong. Therefore, Crash ends up having to enter Coco's body in order to get said virus out of it.
