On an island where everyone wears a diaper, Ramona finds and captures a tiny woman named Lilly where nobody else can go. She plays with her and teases her boyfriend before they go home and have their way with the helpless little doll together. Lilly manages to escape her giant captors and starts her journey home. She discovers that many of the giants are even worse than she thought, and that eating their so-called "shit fruit" has some unexpected consequences. The giant Max uses the shit fruit to lure young tinies out.
