Alex took no further time to hesitate, she opened her mouth and slowly slid the tiny ball down the length of her tongue with her fingers. While inside, Mary couldnt help but scream frantically, crawling to the opposite side of the ball just to get as far as she could of Alexs mouth. Saliva dripped from the roof of the girls mouth and onto the ball, blurring Marys view, but she could tell one thing from all the spit: this girl was hungry.
Soon all that was around Mary was the wet, red and soft insides of Alexs mouth, with two massive rows of teeth behind her. This was a scene from her worst nightmare, of all the ways to go eating was by far the worst. It wasnt as instant as getting stepped on, it was a slow painful process the Nano had to be awake for. Getting toyed with by the tongue and nearly drowning in a sea of saliva while a moan often echoed inside the cavernous mouth; all to just end up sliding down the throat and into the stomach. It made them even less than mere bugs to the Giants, they became food to be eaten, tiny crumbs that wouldnt even satisfy them. Almost as if Giants only ate them for the pleasure of doing so, and the power they felt with it.
Mary screamed, or at least she thought she was, tears were streaming down her panicked face as all around her became dark, the only thing she could see was the soft glistening white of saliva and blotches of red. Moans and the sound of waves could be heard from inside the ball. Mary couldnt look away, she could hardly think, until suddenly she felt something vibrate in her hands. In her fear, shed gripped her phone tightly and held down the power button. The phone had turned on with the last of its battery. The screen lit up with white as it started up and Mary could see all the red squishy flesh that surrounded her as Alex sucked on the tiny ball. It felt like a completely different world, all inside a Giants mouth.
Frantically Mary unlocked her phone, opening her call app as fast as she physically could. Her battery was at 2% so maybe, just maybe she could get a call out. Almost automatically she hit the first number she saw that she spoke to last, her sister Beth. She held up the phone to her head, still crying and breathing hard. The dial tone seemed to be taking an eternity between rings. Finally, a voice answered.
Hello? Mary? Hey, I was just about too.
BETH!!! Mary screamed, her voice filled with panic, YOU NEED TO HELP, ALEX IS-
Bzzzzz
Mary stopped talking, her heart leaping up into her throat. She looked at her phone again, this time showing her carriers logo before fading to black as the screen turned off. Terror gripped the tiny girl once again as darkness fell once again inside the ball. Even though Mery was normal height for a Nano, at this moment she couldnt help but feel like the smallest most insignificant thing in the world. Was this really where she was going to die? She was planning to make so many changes for things like this, now her hopes were dashed away, all the way down to Alexs gullet.
Suddenly Marys ball began to shake, even more than before. Mary thought this was it, she was going to be swallowed and slowly digested. But to her surprise, on both sides of her little orb, Alex's fingers seemed to suddenly press against. A small glimmer of hope came to Mary's mind, was she getting taken out? She prayed to god that Alex had changed her mind and was letting her go. That idea was all she had left.
Slowly, Mary's ball was pulled from Alex's mouth, making a smacking sound as it went past the giant girl's puckered lips. Mary's breathing slowed as she calmed down, feeling she'd escaped getting eaten for the time being. She looked up, her eyes sore from all the sudden crying. All she could see was Alex's smirking face.
Think I'd let you off easy, huh? Alex said seeing a drop of saliva slowly drip off the marble-sized container, I've been having to guard your little ass for a while now, so I'm planning on taking my time with you~.
Mary's hopes fell as she heard this. This wasn't the end of her torture, not by a long shot.
You know, sometimes I take little things like you from the sidewalk and just eat them or crush them as soon as I get home. But for you, I'm gonna savor this. I know you guys think you're people and all, but I hope now you're seeing who's really on top.

Mary managed to sputter out, dont eat me
Eat you? Alex questioned with another smile, why would I eat you while youre still in your little ball? Youd just live through it.
Alex reached forward and pinched the top of the ball with two of her fingers, speaking as she slowly twisted it.
Actually, why dont we just take you out of here now, Ive got a little job for you now~.
Mary screamed, she felt like she would have a heart attack at any moment. Her only line of defense, the thin hard plastic of the protective transportation ball, was lifted away. Fresh air rushed into the sides and Mary could now smell her surroundings. There was the faint smell of incense in the air, and Mary could smell Alexs saliva that had coated her ball.
N-no! Mary yelled out, Please dont!
It was too late, Alexs fingers descended once again from the sky and gripped Mary once more. This wasnt like before, however, Alexs plush fingers seemed to be squeezing the life out of her, every crevice of her fingerprint seemed to bend her body as if she was between two boulders. Alex raised her fingers up to her right eye and peered between her red painted nail. It was a little difficult, but Alex couldnt help but give a big smile seeing the red face of her former boss as she struggled to breathe in her grip.
Oh yeah, were going to have some fun.
