It was Friday afternoon, and school was about to let out. Already in the process of making plans to stay at his girlfriends' place for the weekend, all that was left for Cody to do was convince his mother. He'd done it before, so he figured it wouldn't be too hard to get her on board. Looking at the clock, he saw there was roughly thirty seconds left of class, so he began packing his bag and began to head for the door.
"You may leave when I dismiss you, Mr. Smith."

"Alright Mrs. Goddard, my apologies." Cody said, rolling his eyes as the bell rang immediately after, and sure enough, Mrs. Goddard got up to let everyone know they could leave. He left the room along with everyone else, and began to head for his bus.

"Hey man, wait up!" yelled Cody's friend, Brandon, now jogging to catch up.
"What are your plans this weekend?" he asked, catching his breath.
"Nothing much, just staying over Jess's for the weekend." he replied with a smirk.

"Niiiice my man! Getting a little action?" he asked, giving Cody a wink.

"Of course not." he answered with a smile.

"Alright, well I've gotta catch my bus. I'll catch you Monday, and I'm expecting details on your little 'sleep-over' at Jessica's." Brandon yelled to Cody as he ran frantically to his bus, now beginning to drive away.

Cody saw his bus's doors start to close and realized he should probably hurry up himself. Waving down his bus driver, he managed to catch her before she drove away. Getting on the bus, he headed towards the back and threw headphones in to block out the annoying Freshman girls who sat in the back with him. He began plotting at how he'd get his mother to let him stay at his girlfriends' for the entire weekend. Last time she let him it was reluctantly and it'd only been for one night, not two. He was sure he'd be able to get her to go along with it by telling her he'd be sleeping downstairs on their couch and that her mother would make sure of it, even though he knew her mother could care less where he slept. Closing his eyes, he began to zone out to the song he'd been listening to.

Cody finally came to as he bus approached his stop. He grabbed his bag and got up to leave. Walking down the isle of the bus, he thanked the bus driver for the ride and began walking up the hill to his home. He hated walking the hill every day, but he had no choice as his mother worked until 7:00 every night and his sister refused to pick him up. Reaching the top of the hill, he walked across the grass on his lawn to his front door. Reaching into his pocket, he grabbed the small silver housekey and began unlocking the door. Turning the knob, he opened the door and walked inside. He threw his bag on the ground and immediately called his mom.

Pacing around his livingroom, he thought out exactly what he was going to say.

"Hello?" he heard his mother ask.

"Ma!" he yelled, jokingly.

"What?!" she yelled into her phone and began laughing.

"Jessica's sick, she caught some weird disease and she's dying. I have to stay over her place to take care of her because her mom's out of town and can't do it."

"No Cody." she said, knowing he was trying to stay over her house again.

"But why?" he nagged like an entitled child.

"Because when I was your age a boy didn't sleep over a girl's house." she countered.

"But that was like, twenty years ago." he sighed. "Plus, I'd be sleeping downstairs on their couch. Just ask her mom if you don't believe me." Sighing into the phone, she caved in and agreed to let him stay over.

"Thanks mom, I promise you won't end up with anymore grandkids!"

"Anymore?" she questioned.

"Gotta go!" he yelled and hung up the phone.

Grinning, he ran to his room and started packing a bag to bring to his girlfriends.

Throwing a couple shirts, a pair of jeans, sweatpants, boxers and socks into his bag, he deemed he was ready to embark on his journey to Jessica's and made his way for the front door. As he swung it open, he saw his older sister Ashley getting out of some dude's car. He recognized the guy as one of the seniors, Zach, and chose to ignore him as he didn't get along with many of the seniors. Shutting the door, his sister began walking up to the house and was startled to see her brother as well.

"Why weren't you on the bus?" he asked?

"Why'd that any of your business?" she asked?

"Because we both know mom hates it when you get rides from the guys at school, and it'd be a shame if anyone told her."

"You wouldn't." she said, glaring at him.

"Nah, I'm not that big an asshole." said Cody, chuckling.

"Wow, I never thought I'd see the day." she said, teasingly.

"I'm hurt sis." Cody pouted, pretending to cry.

"So where are you off to?" Ashley questioned.

"Jessica's, I'm spending the weekend." he told her, following it with a wink.

"Mom's seriously letting you stay at Jessica's the whole weekend?" she asked, sure he was bluffing.

"Mmm-hm." he grinned.

"Bullshit." she laughed, walking past him and towards the house. "Well have fun at your little girlfriends, and be safe." she told him as she opened the door, entered, and closed it behind her. He began walking down the street and to his girlfriends'. It was normally only a fifteen minute walk, so it wasn't all that far. Still, he longed for the day he could afford a car to lug himself around in. Approaching a small convenience store, he walked in and headed towards the back wall to pick up some 'protection' for the weekend ahead. Finding only one box of trojans left, he went to grab it but stopped when an older lady got to the box before him.

"Excuse me-" Cody began, "I was just about to buy those."

"I'm sorry, I got the last box first. There's still plenty of others to choose from though." she tried to reassure him.

"But I usually get those. And besides, I don't see why someone your age would even need those." he told her.

"Pardon me?" she asked? "I've never heard something so rude in my life."

"Well I mean, you can't possibly have sex that often, can you?" he asked, now curious.

"That is none of your business!" she yelled. "So what exactly do YOU need these for?" she questioned.

"Well, I was uh, staying at my girlfriends tonight."

"And your mother's okay with this?" she asked?

"Y... Yeah? Why?" he answered.

"So... No one is expecting you home until Sunday?" she asked again, to which he yet again agreed.

"Huh." she replied, pondering something.

"Why?" he asked her, but with no response.

"Tell you what, you're young and you're still learning so I'll go easy on you, but you really need to learn how to respect others. Lucky for you, I'mm willing to show you." she smiled. "I'm gonna show you how small you actually are in this world. Since no one will have any idea where you are these next few days, I'll do you the favor of shrinking you down and letting you free in your house with your mother and sisters. Maybe that'll teach you to respect women."

"How the hell did you know I have sisters? he asked her in a scared, bewildered tone.

"I know everything, I'm a witch after all." she laughed and began reciting a spell out of her pocket-sized leather handbook.

"Fufutus et mori in igni!" she yelled, waving her hands about.

"What the hell?!" he yelled out, but before he could get an answer he noticed his vision going black. Feeling tired, Cody fainted onto the convenience store floor and blacked out, anaware of what was to come when he awoke.
