Author's Chapter Notes:

Hello again! I Tried to get this chapter out sooner, but I was having a bit of a case of, writers block, and a shortage of time.

That said, I wanted the chapter to be longer, but in the end, I felt it was more important to leave it at a good stopping point instead. I hope you like this chapter. I can't say for certain how many more chapter there will be. Definitely at least two, if not more. I already have the ending planned, but the final chapter, if all goes right, will be out for Halloween. Enjoy the chapter!

Jim ran the distance between the refrigerator and the chair of his gigantic wife as fast as he could. His wives massive long legs hung down from the chair. Her skirt over hung the chair slightly blocking any view above. Walking between the two pillars that were his wives legs he couldn't help but feel a bit overwhelmed. One of the feet nearby had nearly crushed him earlier. It's pale giant mass larger than any bolder he had ever seen. He couldn't help but want to touch it, but he refrained.

Carol watched as her husband bolted for the food between her past selves legs. Following her husband carefully she couldn't but help think this was reckless. She had tried calling after him, but she was not audible over the two giants conversing above.

Jim dug his hand into the hunk of tomato flesh. It was extremely odd, at his new size tomato looked completely different. It was as if someone had woven hundreds of pumpkin gut strands together with super weak tubes filled with tomato juice. Still it tasted amazing enough he shoveled some into his helmet for later.

Carol arrived just as she saw her husband start to fill his helmet with the odd looking tomato. Luckily the conversation above had subsided. "Can you finally hear me Jim! What were you thinking!?"

"Carol you should try some of this, it's amazing!" Said Jim with his mouth full of tomato.

"Idiot! There's no time for us to snack, let's just get some and go before our past selves step on us!"

"Fine fine Carol. But here..." He poked his glistening finger into his wives mouth.

      "Tasty....!" She said after pause.

"Right! Come on lets go before you step on us." As Jim watched the giant girl itch her leg with her other foot.

Jim and Carol with food in hand started back to their hiding place underneath the fridge, arriving only moments before the two giants stood up from the table.

"There we go again." Said Carol.

"It's time for my past selves jog. Ah wait... We got to move Carol!"

Jim's past self took his wife into his arms lifting her up.

Carol and Jim panicked on the floor as their past selves slammed into the refrigerator abruptly causing it to shake violently.

The small space of the lip of the refrigerator door provided now seemed inadequate as the giant couple's feet shuffled around during their impromptu make out session.

"Jim your younger self just nearly crushed me with his loafers!" Said Carol as she dashed alongside Jim towards safety.

"This isn't good Carol, we need to find a way out of here. Before we squish ourselves!"

Reaching the end of the refrigerator door, the two of them were met with a obstacle. Standing nearly an estimated seventy millimeters, or the two's equivalent of 84 feet tall, the jogging shoe was enormous and in the way.

"Come on Carol, we have to climb!" Said Jim extending his hand to her from a ledge in the oversized shoe.

"This is a terrible idea! I suppose it's better than being crushed though." Said Carol as she relented to her husband's logic.

Climbing up the shoe it was only moment later when the titaness pushed her husband to the floor. With a giant crash, a shockwave sent the two into the air like mere bugs to the giant couple laying on the floor next to them.

"This is so embarrassing!" Carol stated as she watched her younger self attack her gigantic husband on the floor like a lioness.

"I think the view looks pretty good from here." Said Jim hanging unto one of his giant laces.

"Idiot." Carol said to her husband as her face flushed.

Watching the two gigantic figures as they climbed was quite awe inspiring. Watching their younger selves from this angle was fascinating. Though they had no goal of reaching the top of the shoe, their goal was simply to get to the other side. Still Carol had to remind him so.

"We didn't get on this shoe to climb it! We just needed to get away from that, before we were killed!" She said as she pointed to the two titanic lovers in the foreground.

"I know, I know. But I'd love to get a better view of this!" Said Jim as his eyes washed over the scene.

"You're just a pervert, you know that Jim?" She smiled.

The make out session had finally winded down, and the giant couple were now dusting themselves off. The couple below was also nearly back to the ground as they climbed down the other end of the shoe.

"I can't believe how well stitched these jogging shoes are." Said Jim in admiration.

"Best not admire it too much, or else you might become part of them Jim."

      "Good point." Said Jim.

Jim hopped off the ledge of the gigantic shoe landing on the dirty floor. Dusting himself and standing back up he cast out his hand for his slower wife. "A hand my princess?"

Carol blushed towards her husband. "I can do it myself." Carol said as she prepared to jump down.

Getting ready to catch his wife, Jim was horrified as an all too familiar sight, encroached on his position.

The giantess Carol grabbed the broom from the closest next to the fridge. Jim had left his jogging shoes out again instead of properly putting them away in the closet. Her husband sometimes frustrated her. Still she had sweeping to do, and Jim's run would come shortly, so there was no reason to put them away now. Instead she would focus at the task at hand.

"Stay there Carol!" Jim yelled to his wife upon the shoe.

"Jim! Climb back onto the shoe! You'll never make it!"

"No time!" Shouted Jim as he started running between his giant wife's legs. The two gigantic pale legs towered above him.

Carol watched in horror as her husband ran between the giants legs. The large bristles of the broom speeding at hyper sonic speeds. They literally left a long yellow blur to Carol's eyes, even from a further distance. Dropping his helmet along the way saved Jim as he stopped to grab it. Had he not stopped, he would have become gooey paste on the bottom of his giant wife's sole.

Carol covered her mouth with both of her hands. Crying was the only thing that came natural to her as she watched her husband's desperate attempts to flee from her own bare feet.

Jim kept running around on the endless expense of the kitchen floor, trying to guess where his wife might step next in her insatiable cleaning. He was sweating dripping with fear. Not for his own life, but instead watching his wife from a far, sitting on the edge of a distant shoe. He could not keep his promise to protect her if he was pressed into oblivion!

Carol noticed a trend that her husband was trying to arc his way back to her, but every time he tried the giants broom seemed to switch from one pile of dirt on the floor to the next. So entranced by Jim's desperate movements Carol failed to notice the shadow that now loomed over her. Looking up her Titanic husbands hand struck down like lightning at the jogging shoes.

"Carol!!!" Jim yelled, as the jogging shoes ascended into the sky.

Carol was forced downward by the sheer speed and force of the shoe's lift off. Like a rocket blasting off, the force hit Carol so hard she struggled to hold on. The giant loose stitches in the side of the shoe were her only saving grace.

The giant Jim lifted his jogging shoes with a single hand as he made his way towards the center of the kitchen. The mess on the table from earlier had already been cleared. After an idle chat with his wife, and a kiss, Jim plopped down into a chair to start putting on his jogging shoes.

Jim had no idea what had happened to Carol but his own position now was tenuous. His giant wife had literally cornered him in with the rest of the dirt. He was at the center of a dirt circle mixed amongst the other specs of dirt. He could not risk heading out of the dirt pile. It was providing him cover, and her feet were avoiding the pile as well. Still it was getting far too dangerous  as she continued to sweep the circle of dirt inward. In the center a single pile was starting to collect. He had to escape, but there was no longer anywhere to go.

Carol was in no position to worry for her husband anymore, but that did not stop her from watching as her husband became trapped in a pile of dirt. She was still barely clinging to the shoes as it was, and with a sudden motion, she was put into free fall. Staring out into the distance as she began to fall through the air, she could see her husband being swept into a massive dust pan. That was short lived however. As she plummeted downward in the air towards a giant dark hole below. Going as fast as she was, she was knocked out on impact.

Still holding his jogging shoes at his side, Jim dropped them to the floor on his side. Turning he placed both feet into them bouncing them up and down as he put them on. He did not care to tie laces, so he generally left them tied. After some fidgeting with the shoes he stood up. He needed to get his blood pumping, today was going to be their first test of backwards time travel after all.

Carol, who was already by the door, wished her husband a safe jog before dumping the dirt from the dustpan into the trash can next to the door. "Now time for that bath!" She thought as she ran towards the bathroom.

Jim was pinned, couldn't move, trapped without the ability to move in the slightest.

To be Continued.
