Hi there! Sorry for the delay, I wrote a bunch in a review for the first set of chapters then got logged out and a new chapter was posted so this time I'll be a bit more brief, haha.

First, I absolutely loved the story. One of my favorite things about your works is that I get a very strong sense and flavor of tabletop RPG settings. I really love how the general world building really helps sell the setting, and in this one in particular the early combat definitely had me enthralled and really getting a strong Battletech / Mech Warrior vibe. I really felt the punch of the action and it helped get me engrossed from the start.

Second, I enjoy general dynamic of the Union and the Republic. I enjoyed the fact that there was a realistic backdrop and setting for the conflict, and giving a real reason for why our protagonist would go up against the titanesses and how they'd have the tools to do so given their tools of warfare. The story did a great job of showing and introducing the lore well enough to not feel like an intro dump, while still helping establish the other giantesses one by one to feel meaningful.

Third, I thought the smut bits were fantastic. Without going into too much detail I really loved the general atmosphere and teasing aspects in the first few chapters, and adored just how the last chapter landed. The setup perfectly paid off for a bunch of wonderful bullying and foot play. I really loved the touch of taping him inside the boot; it felt like really novel and fun way to help further emphasize the hopelessness of the situation.

Again, thank you so much for the wonderful story. You are one of my favorite authors on here, and I eagerly look forward to everything you write.

Thanks,

Jess

Author's Response:

Thanks! Happy to know you enjoyed it! Thank you for the lovely feedback as well, its always helpful to hear what was liked about it.

Also there is most certainly a reason for the vibe of tabletop RPG, since I play and run sized themed tabletop style settings pretty regularly. So that has often bled through into my writing, good to know its in a positive way!
