Absolutely amazing! I adored the minor details about Futaba's feet, Makoto's mindset and just the general environment. The playful teasing and pseudo-unaware was wonderful as well.

I do have a few minor critiques that didn't detract from my enjoyment of the story. It's possible that I might've just missed 'em, so if these were included I apologize!

First, I absolutely adored the reveal that Futaba knew exactly what was occuring and shifted things from a passive role in domination to an active one. However, her motivations didn't particularly seem clear. Why did she want to go so far and do these things? What drove her to abuse and humiliate her friend?

Second, it felt like the sub switch in Makoto's brain was flipped a bit too quickly. She went from suffering to being full-on in heat for the towering soles. It didn't feel like a completely satisfying resolution for me as a result; as someone that particularly enjoys the 'breaking' aspect of subs succumbing to their conditioning or their urges, it felt like there could've been a bit more build up, though admittedly it looks like you were simply trying to wrap up the one shot / first chapter.
