Hehe...i did base this chapter on Casino Royale and ZODIAC on Bond's SPECTRE. When I thought up the concept, it occurred to me that there had to be humans out there with extensive magical knowledge that THORN doesn't know about. If that was true then why hasn't that knowledge spread rapidly in that age of the internet? The answer was someone else was suppressing it. Someone with a bigger reach than THORN.
