Interesting story idea, though I am not personally a fan of the male interaction. 

 

Ideas:

-Sneaker insoles: imagining a early 20s girl who is going to be running a marathon picking up some new insoles before the big day. And maybe she likes hearing them scream as she stomps on them as a form of distraction and motivation .

-Lollipop: No food items yet, this could be a good one. 

-Deoderant

-A piercing of some kind
