This seems like a fun, hot beginning! I can't wait to see what happens next! My one suggestion would be to slow down and describe things more. At extreme sizes that makes it more tactile for the reader.

I’m definitely interested. 1/16 an inch is a very small size that leads to a lot of unaware scenarios. Can’t wait to see where he ends up on her.
