I'm really loving this story so far I hope there is more to come. I have very particular taste when it comes to giantess I don't like purely  violent or purely gentle stories and I know that run is a violent cruel girl but I like the fact that she is having mixed emotions about the elves. Maybe you just saw it as a sexual situation for her, but I got the feeling she didnt feel right about hurting them given how they didnt resist and maybe she might accidentaly have developed a bond with them. The fairy was a cool addition as someone who run had to expwnd a bit more effort to catch than the typical human orc or elf. I loved the image when Blue first released it and together with your story its a classic. Very good work so far, but pleas tell me there is more!
