Amazing how heartwarming a scene like this can be when you take out the usual anguish and heartbreak. Much respect for your ability to do both so wonderfully. I'm surprised she's not being more forceful with him, even if he's already conceded.

Can't wait for you to continue this, I'm glad my heart has been given a break with these two!

Thanks very much. Never thought I'd hear a Carly scene referred to as "heartwarming." We'll see more of the more forceful Carly in later chapters. The idea here was to show that she can be tender, once she's become absolute queen of this two-person empire.

I will never get tired Carly, seriously in any format she is just delightful.

Also brilliant idea, I love the thought of him know each shoe by smell alone.
