This is a really good story, with some really great ideas. There are a few questions that still need answered but I'm sure you'll answer them in due time.

One thing that i do want to comment on is the writing style. Most people like stories that have a good idea, events, size range, etc. The one part that they skip out on is the writing style.

You are easily one of the best writers that I've read and that means a lot considering the numerous stories that I've read. It kinda makes me jealous of how good you are. I'll definitely be checking out your other stories once i get some time.
