I feel bad for Becky, she was obviously worried about her brother. I also wonder if you figured out her son has a crush on Melissa.
Author's Response: Joy may be aware that her son has a crush on Melissa, though to her the reasoning for why he didn't come out the shoe is irrelevant; they just have to do something about it now.

I hope her plan is based on repeating the drill in the 1st story much more often.
I hope for him, I mean, because I can't think of an alternative plan to make it never happen again that's not significantly worse than that (be 24/7 with one of them, be locked somewhere, ...).
Too bad he doesn't seem to realize he's the 2nd luckiest shrunken boy under the Shrinking Act :)
Author's Response: Hehe. It's actually a little more complicated than the drill in the first story, but hopefully as fun to read. And I'm pretty sure Scott would give a couple limbs in order to switch places with this guy.

The kindness, the caring...it's making me think the real Jacksmith is tied up somewhere in need of help and possibly late for something.
Good read though.
Author's Response: I figure by writing stories like this sometimes, it reminds everyone that my characters like Carly really are in a league of their own, personality-wise.
