I wasn't expecting a new chapter this early, what a nice surprise!
I like the new kind relationship that Kai and Claire have now. The teasing between both of them does indeed makes them look like sisters. I specially enjoyed the idea of Kai being embarassed, the fact that it was because of Claire who's still the tiny one here makes it even more hilarious and arousing, I'm all in for embarrassing situations in this kind of stories.
And talking about arousing, I think that would be one of the bests words to describe the pheromone situation that comes next, the other word being cute. I wasn't expecting more smell related situations after Kai so it caught me off my guard. The way Calire reacted to the whole thing was adorable and contrasted good with the dominance of the twins, they do a pretty nice trio.
Moving on, Claire's "flashback" was well done, it showed the reason for her issues on love related problems and also the reason why she blocked some of her memories. At first her past might not seem as powerful as Kat's or some of the girls, but it was still heartbreaking. Being rejected in that way by someone who you thought as a friend and wanted to be more than that, being despised by your likes in love can cause more damage than it seems at first sight. While it was a harsh way to face the problem, I think the twin did well here, I also believe that problems like this one should be faced directly if after all this time the issue haven't been solved at all.
Anyway, glad that Claire finally could overcome her problem and is in her way to love again, she was really lucky to fin the twins. Well, the three of them were since as they showed her they have really strong feelings for her. The part with them praising the tiny and Claire acting embarrassed because of it drew a dumb smile to my face as well as a silly giggling, in the good way of course. Then with finally get an encounter with Claire's willingly doing it. Seeing the twins blushing again, well mostly one of them, was also a nice treat. I think this scene was well descripted and with a nice pacing.
Getting to the next sad part, I found this one more crushing than Claire's. Both the twins acting in a way full of insecurities contrary to their usual prideful and elegant stance, is quite shocking. The thing they did, I do undertand their reasoning and since I see them still as children, superpowers aside, I think that they are allowed to be forgiven to it, mostly because of how they blame themselves for it and suffer because of that. Then again, that should be a decision for the characters, whether the other girls forgive them for them (which seems they already did, except maybe Lily) and if they'll accept that fogiveness only time will tell (and you the author, ofc). By the way, when reading what they did with Lily the first thing that I had in my mind at the moment was whether they made her so powerful so that the twins could stop her should anything happen or not.
Getting to the ending, at the very least it seem like Lily won't be finishing Calire off instantly, either because she has some hope after seeing that the tiny won over Kai or because she wants her to suffer the most I'll have to wait to see. She also might've been moved by the twin's tears, that should be a really shocking sight. At least, seeing as she almost killed her back then a couple of chapters ago, I suppose this is some kind a progress.
As for the twins "greater plan" I don't really have idea. I thought for a moment that they might want to try and model the "monsters" minds after Claire's but after reading this chapter I thing that's highly unlikely, seeing as how special and unique they believe Claire is and how they should be reluctant to tamper with someones mind again, though this might not hold true for monsters and only for innocents. I felt somehow "cockblocked" by Claire when she stopped the twins from talking right at the last minute ;_;
Anyway, really nice chapter, as always looking forward to the next one, take your time with it. Hope this wasn't to long.

Thank you for taking your time to detail all of your thoughts. I'm glad the relationships are moving into area's you enjoy along with other area's as well.
Also sadly for claire don't expect her hardships to be over just yet, both physically and mentally. She has a long way to go till she reaches the end, and with it all of the readers including you :)
As for claire cockblocking the plan, well your going to have to wait :P
I can't end my story yet, it's only just begining~

More of my thoughts, theories, silly thoughts and maybes.
Kai's gift was more than it seemed in the end. She really wanted to make something special for Claire, giving her a way to be more intimate with the twins. So lovely. She found the sister she was so in need in her life. Both for friendship, love as for to annoy each other. Hah
One of the things I found so adorable, and arousing was the way of smell and scents were used. Especially at how enthralled and amazed Claire acted as she felt this whole new world. You really made me feel that this was something breathtaking and new. The pheromones part was both surprisingly sexy and cute, how deeply attracted Claire felt.
Since the twins, at first, didn't count Lily afraid of what she might do to Claire; after Kai had given her vote they only needed the most important one. Claire itself accept her and accept the twins's love. To not be afraid of her feelings anymore, and to keep running. It was sad and heartwarming how desperately both tried to comfort and help Claire, to let her open herself for them. How they simply gave her love and comfort desiring nothing in return. Because real love is like this, not selfish, simply give and give, while the other side also give without expecting anything in return. To let them come into her heart and life. I believe would be much 'easier' but wrong and dangerous to simply 'fix' Claire's fear and trauma. Because even if they went inside her mind and heart, they still would be 'intruders'. She needed to accept their help, to take that leap of faith, and even if the mind unconsciously tried to resist it would be in vain because Claire already had opened the doors for them to help her. Which would be impossible if they had simply forced their way in. Claire's trauma was so sad, it's something so sad and it hurts so much when your sincere love is turned into a disgusting thing that the other doesn't accept or acknowledge. It hurts in so many ways possible... no wonder she was afraid to let her love come out again for the twins. Made me so incredibly happy to see they managed to help her. And I'm certainly they will make wonderful new memories. From now on, between the three of them, will be only good ones thankfully I believe. They already did quite sexy ones in this little time they got after the help. Hah~ Claire will start to discover the real pleasure of giving herself fully on her feelings and love, without anything holding her back anymore. And this will be amazing.
It's sad to see how they see and are scared of what Lily may become, or almost is. Maybe the twins are afraid to do even another mistake trying to help Lily further. Especially at how much feelings Lily seems to carry towards them or the others. She probably knows how everyone thinks about her. And this only emphasizes her view of herself taking the role of 'outcast'. Which may fuel even further her hate. And it's so sad to think about this, how others see her like this. I'm really happy Claire did that. I really don't know what to expect in her past or what will happen. However must be something hurt Lily so deeply, and the moment the twins helped her at first, maybe she could be fully aware of how her life was at that moment. And this might have been something far far horrible. Maybe hating life for being like this. Usually a form of hate and suffering comes from 'not accepting things as they are'. Lily just hates all the bugs do deeply, she seems to be 200% sure they are all useless, arrogant, greedy, evil.
I wonder if she is even curious now with Claire, since she got past even through Kai. Claire might be something like, a needle poking her beliefs of the bugs, that doesn't fit. Wonder if she might think that Claire is just way more crafty than all bugs, a real danger. Or perhaps, deep there, she craves for Claire to be that different. To help her. It's interesting to see Lily's reaction when Claire acted sincerely and warmly, like the first time she greeted her. Or now when the twins were begging for her to not harm Claire. Maybe Lily struggled with both views, the one that urged her to crush Claire right away for being what she 'was'; and the other reality where little by little all her friends were starting to feel deeply attached to this one they should be hating instead. It's something for her to feel curious. Or scared... scared to 'take the leap of faith' too. Being this deep in hate, I believe Lily may try to force Claire to show her true 'nature' of a bug through truly extreme means. Like she said once before, how the bugs act in a certain way and will do anything afraid of dying. And I'm sure she will have no second thoughts in killing Claire. Maybe the only choice for help Lily might need something truly drastic to pass through all this thick shell, maybe even sacrificing something to help Lily... or sacrifice herself. If this meant Lily's happiness, I believe Claire may do anything. Maybe even giving her life. Which is scary.
Speaking of scary. It gave goosebumps to discover just how powerful and perfect Lily is. Enough for even the twins to acknowledge this. Wonder if it's because of this that Lily might have feel herself superior, like a deity or something like this compared to the bugs. To have this amount of perfect control of both sides at her young age. Truly frightening.
I'm incredibly anxious, nervous, frightened and hoping for Claire's apparently 'big battle' in the next chapter. I hope so much she helps Lily. And to finally discover the grand plan.
Will be quite a ride! Gladly will take a while, lots of time to recover and prepare my heart...

It always makes my night when i come back and see your reviews LJin, the amount of time you put into these really shows and i it just makes me so thankful you found my story and that i'm able to do this much for you with it :)
I'm glad you saw into the point i've been trying to express when it comes to the twins deep intrest with Claire and why they didn't simply alter her perspective out right to make her theirs. Mutual trust and love is the main key to their goals and without Claire having either of her own accord they knew they wouldnt be able to bring her into the fold.
I've already started on the next chapter but sadly this one i'm going into alone. The amount of detail i need to do for it I don't want FW to worry about xD So this will take a bit but i expect it to be very rewarding in the end. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as you did this one and i look foward to future reviews from you :D
I also want to note out of everyone trying to figure out my end game you seem to be on the right track the fastest out of anyone, :P

I haven't commented yet on this story but it does deserve praise. You have a lot of attention to detail and character development and it deserves to be said so keep doing what you are doing.
My only small dislike about the story is the relative age of the characters involved but it's very easy to look past for the really good story so no big deal.
I am actually really hooked and want to see what lily's deal is badly but alas it will be a wait it seems :(
