Very good job in sustaining the central plot twist.  The "hypocrisy" of Nancy's "murder" was nicely lampshaded by Holly's developing conscience.  Perhaps I'm too attached to darker characters, but I tend to agree that Holly needs a more cathartic retribution against Susan.  As Susan herself demonstrates, a high degree of empathy is itself no obstacle to cruelty, and can even amplify it.

I'm not usually one to make suggestions to authors, but I'd love to see Susan try her therapy on some entitled fratboys who think women owe them sex.

This was a spectacular story. I just found it and read it. This is a wonderful story, I loved the message it represented as well as how well it was written. Great job. I'm only sorry I didn't read it sooner. Also I loved the details that you went into when Holly was filing Susan's nails and rubbing lotion on her feet. Again great job, I can't wait to see your next story.

There is a whole industry of "we can fix your troubled teenager" clinics that would gladly use shrinking technology if it existed, and charge parents an arm and a leg while breaking arms and legs. Great story!

Did you plan out how this was going to end or did you just pull it out of your ass?

So, I was right! Figured it had to be a set up, threw me a little when she broke Holly's hand, little extreme but I guess so is shrinking a person! I almost never go for happy endings for the shrinkee but in this case, pretty fitting, how cruel would that have been to eat her after she was a changed person.

Good work.

Loved the story! I'm impressed at how passive Holly turned out to be, however. I would have done more than slap/punch Susan like she did. Truth be told, I would probably go buy a gun and kill her later on.

So what does Holly call her technical stepdad now?
