Well done, your giantesses can be quite scary.  Very tense so far and you do a good job of depicting the hopeless situation that her "subjects" are in.  I look forward to seeing where you take it.

Intense, and hopelessly subjective.  This is very realistically disturbing, and quite erotic in the way that Elizabeth is only slightly concerned for her tiny subjects,  and the way that her understudy 'Pretends to be' thoughtfully, performing her duties in caring for the miniature people, and as Myra is left alone with them, her personality switches back to the cruel giant goddess that tortures them for her own pleasure.....

The hospital setting has a very attractive element about it, (for this particular tale) I don't know why though, must be something subconscous about the way that you discribed it....

I can't wait to see if any of them can manage to escape from Myra!

This story looks promising I've read all your other syndrome stories but this might be the most unique with the people in the hospital being mistreated and the riots not yet sure whats gonna happen good story tho
