Heather seems to be more of a "Jacqueline Hyde." First, she beats the crap out of him. Now, she's nice???

Heather doesn't know that our main character is the same person from her high school. She, along with everyone else believes that Josh is dead and that he is now Kevin.

Her behavior would have been a lot different towards him if she was able to recognize him as Josh.
