I can sense a lot of emotion in this chapter. it feels more believable than other stoires I've read, except I don't understand why they'd want to build tenples. Given the rapidly increasing amout of irrelgious people today you'd think a future society would be free from superstion but maybe clinging on to existing religions and not a new one.

Those temples were built by the ancestors of the people in the story (She's been asleep for that long). The people she is with now don't think she's a god anymore. Also, society has pretty much started from scratch, and most of today's religions are long gone, though some small bits remain.

I bet the men of this tiny society decided to tear those warmer clothes up a long time ago, explaining that they could provide garments for thousands their size. Well, that was the excuse they gave, at least--I'm sure they didn't mind the fact that if their goddess ever woke up, she'd be stepping over them in a miniskirt.

Haha, that's a great theory! But while looking up a giant girl's skirt may be easy, she probably won't be pleased when she finds out you did it. Anyway, while they didn't actually taer up her spare clothes, it may be something she decides to do later hersefl, for the reason you just mentioned.
