A trained health professional, she might be. But, I still think that part of the physical was slightly more than scientific interest (lol)! As to your comment in the chapter notes? I hope so, too. But, for some reason, I doubt it.

Franky could be the child Elise has always wanted but never had, in a kind of metaphorical sense, because he is a bit too old to be an actual child. So what I mean is he will bring out her motherly side as what's her name is always unappreciative and/or grumpy so she will want to spend more time with him.
