Don't let impatient reviews getcha down.  The fun part about this place is that because it's all free content, you've got no obligation to work at anyone's pace but your own.  Although we post stories publically to let others see and hear their critiques, sometimes people don't get that their remarks should be on the quality of the content rather than the speed of deliverance.  There are audiences for every taste, and your patient approach here obviously has its fair share of fans.  So, keep on going at your own meticulous leisure.  It would be a better site if more people put as much time as you do into cleaning up their writing.

As far as your difficulty getting chapters to edit properly, I'm at a loss.  Personally, I never have problems with it.  Even though I'm an admin, I'm mostly just the plagiarism police, while Asukafan2001 is the one making the bigger technical adjustments.

Regardless, keep on writing and posting at your own pace, and above all else enjoy the process.

I coulda sworn I had responded to this the other day, but it seems to have disappeared ...  Anyway, thanks for the kind words, and I will say that by and large the community has been patient and understanding and it makes for a really nice atmosphere for hanging out and sharing content.  So, thanks jacksmith and thanks to the rest of you guys as well; it's been fun so far and I hope y'all like the rest of Pariah (there's plenty more left to post, btw...)

Also: a round of applause to Asukafan and jacksmith for fixing the bug w/ editing chapters already -- I've seen paid tech support reps who didn't work as fast as they did for free :).

Awesome.  I hope she's still messing with him, but I can't wait to see what happens regardless.

My last comment was meant to be supportive, btw.  I read it again and thought it may have come across differently than intended.  Creative work is hard and people should avoid the sense of entitlement that sometimes develops.

To be honest, I once had an argument where I was the entitled fan and I'm kind of bringing my regret to this, haha.

Author's Response:

Thanks, dude.  I appreciate it.

It was always on the front of my mind that you're doing this for free.  The awareness that you don't owe me anything is part of what made me approach questions of progress gingerly, haha.  People in a creative role often have to deal with the pushy productivity expectations of others; it's true all the way from musicians to Dungeon Masters to writers for Giantess sites.

Anyway, I'm happy to see that you edited what you posted so far and hope that means an update is coming soon.

You are full of you self. You are a good writer but guess what you suck when it comes to writing and and completing your story.

Author's Response:

I don't know what to say, man.  This hurts to hear you say that to me, big time.  I've spent hundreds -- yes, hundreds -- of hours slaving away on this story, writing and rewriting scenes making them as good as I can make them.  And even though it has often gotten in the way of my real life and my real job, I'm offering it to you for free.

What happened to the guy who said this: "You said you wanted to finish before you posted more. BRAVO !!!"
