Interesting story.

Well written.

But the chapters are too short.

Author's Response: Shortness is in the eye of the beholder. With exceptions so rare as to be virtually non-existent, everytime I've posted a chapter that exceeded a thousand words, my computer has timed out on me. Forcing me to rewrite and repost the entire chapter in a much briefer fashion. And, it usually takes me an hour or two, alone, to meet the mandatory minimum! So, I can only hope you were able to be consoled by reading all 28 current chapters in one sitting (on the edge of your seat). ;-)

Author's Response: You are mots welcome.

Some thin Red Indians? A good natured archery match. sounds great. so long as I don't have to stand with an apple on my head.

Author's Response: Only William can tell (lol). P.S.---How did Oishi feel about being used as a ninja in that earlier chapter?

Nice to see this story updated. Why do i have the feeling the plan to question the suspects will go wrong?

Anyway looking forward to the next installment.

Author's Response: I hope you weren't disappointed.

Oops! That should've read "Hitler" and "Depression-era." Sorry about that, Tim!

Well almost no such thing anyway. I think Heaven and the new earth will be free of snakes.

Great reference to Job too.

Author's Response: Well, to expand on what said to Mr_G? When I was a high schooler, in history class, I always wondered why nobody had made a move against Hiter prior to the invasion of Poland in Sept. of 1939. It wasn't until I took Psych 101 in junior college that I had a possible answer. Wishful thinking! That is; the Dpression-era leaders of the world must've truly believed they could prevent (rather than delay) a second world war by appeasing Hitler. In which case, they were only lying to themselves.

Intresting legend on how the lake was formed.

I think Mr. Draconicov has good intentions but is dreaming if he thinks humanity will ever give up war.

Author's Response: Yeah, I thought you might like that gts-snippet. :-) As to the more serious discussion; I couldn't agree with you more! True, I'm preaching from hindsight. But, that doesn't change the fact that the ones who tried in vain to appease Hilter, during the late 1930's, were evidently motivated by their wishful thought to keep WWI literally the "war to end all wars."

Camp New hope. I like that name.

Author's Response: I had hoped you might. :-)

Oh yes, I remember Allen Jenkins' character shouting "You can't prove corpus deliciious!" to a cop I think, in a b/w Falcon movie which Raymond Chandler adapted from his novel "Farewell my Lovely."

Author's Response: "Whoa, dude! Deja vu."

Camp New Hope. George Lucas would no doubt approve.

Author's Response: LOL! I didn't even think of that. Good one! :-)

"Dr Thorpe" is back. Yahoo!!!!

And what is a corpus diaboli?

Author's Response: My own little pun on "corpus dilecti." As in: "Quick! Get rid of the..."

Nice to see Robert Gabriel make an apperence. Heck I'm glad to see this story contiuned.

Author's Response: Thanks! It might be comparatively duller than the preceding chapters. But, that's only because I thought another summary was vital for both returning readers and the ones just jumping aboard.

At last. I got to read this chapter. XZR-1 looks to be quite the dirigible.

Author's Response: Well, in what we like to call "the Real World," the first such flying aircraft carrier, cleared for active post-WWI duty, was labeled the ZR-3. I've merely extrapolated what the first airship of that class was designated.

Oishi? Oishwan on the giantessworld forum?

Author's Response: I merely adapted him for the first name. The surname is an anagram for a completely different author-contributor. And, I'll bet you can't guess who!

One of the later reviews someone wrote for my recently concluded "The Lake in the Lady" said that the reviewer couldn't keep track of all the characters and plot lines.

He'd have fun with yours.

Houdini seems a natural (as an escape artist) in a giantess story.

Author's Response: Thank you, Tim. You are, as always, too kind. :-)

A very interesting read, I must say.  You definitely have a knack for convincing settings, with everything down to the vocabulary in perfect place.  I admire your ability to write such story-driven giantess tales as you do rather than merely focusing on the fetish material as it is in so many of the stories on this site.

Author's Response: Thank you, Mr. Smith! :-D It's always nice to hear from a new reviewer. As to the more usual fetish material? I experimented with depicting a graphic sex scene in one of my earliest stories (for the original Giantess Planet). The one-and-only active review I got said (and I quote): "WTF?!" I took the hint...and, to this day, absolutely nobody has complained about my _not_ including sex scenes in my stories. LOL!

Nice to see this story contiuned.

Author's Response: Thank you. :-) The mutual note-comparisons will continue in the next chapter. But, chapter 22 will be fairly suspenseful. I promise you!
