That was not a long wait. I think I've heard of the hounds of God before. Or some similar legend.

Looks like they got more GTS trouble.

Author's Response: You might have heard it paraphrased in one of the non-reviewed filler chapters from MORE THAN ONE CAN CHEW (also to be found @ "Female Self-Gigantism Through The Ages").

Glad to see this story contiuned. Not surprised to see them run into monsters underground. Little bit suprised to see the Vatican has a monster hunting arm. Hope the wait for the next chapter is not long.

Author's Response: As soon as I mentally formulate it, I will post it. Donju worry! ;-D

the stilts would've only been plausible if she wasn't proportional anyways. good stuff. good stuff.

Author's Response: Glad to see you're still enjoying the story. And, you've caught up halfway, too!

I'm sure that's not the way Ace Corona would prefer to go out. It's good to see that the woman could take care of herself.

Author's Response: *Shrugs* What can I say? I needed a throw-away character with a gangster-ish name. And, he fit the bill.

sap is still used, but mostly in tabletop rpgs. blackjacks are illegal, but pretty easy to construct. Did you know if you buy brass knuckles they have to be labled as a "paper weight"?

It's always the feminists.

Author's Response: Well, not the moderate ones. Just the "femi-nazi" extremists!

is the red crescent that old?

"This unquestionably rude comment was uttered by the nearer of the two men who had barged into the dressing room. And, the tommy guns they were toting prevented any kind of immediate rejoinder!" yeah, they'll do that. If you don't button your lip, they'll give you plenty of button holes to choose from.

Author's Response: LOL! Good rejoinder. :-)

"...an alibi like that is more plausible for the common man,"

Author's Response: *Shrugs* What can I say? Every good action hero deserves a catch phrase. ;-D

Wow! Your a writing machine lately. What what horrors they will discover in the mine?

Author's Response: You'll have to wait till ch. 31 to find out. And, that might not get posted as quickly as these others. Insert fiendish laughter, here.

The plot twists contiune. It's too bad about the girls camp. As for Anna really being Anastasia.

In real history the grand duchess was murdered with the rest of her family in 1918. Guess in this alternate timeline she was lucker. At least until now.

Author's Response: Hey! In a world where the Ford Model A pickup was invented six years early, anything is possible. ;-)

...I'm hoping that doesn't mean she put them where it sounds like she did. probably doesn't, but still...

Author's Response: Sorry. You'll have to wait for the epilogue(s), just like everyone else. ;-)

who in their right mind would make the poison pen a sheriff? He writes a lot of stuff that seems similar to the author you remind me of in this here piece too. (there's gotta be a better way to say that)

Yeah, orphans were hanged for theft if they lived on the streets. The trains were a way to find a home.
