OK! I'm going to be uncharacteristically serious, here, for a moment. This prime minister sounds a lot like the type of paranoid psychiatrists refer to as "self-fulfilling prophets." These are the kinds of people who violently strike out at one or more segments of society they fear (usually, for no good reason). And, when that segment violently retaliates, they loudly proclaim they were right, all along.

God save us from such "allies."

Well I was surprised to find that an Australian reader Digitaltuna mentioned the Australian government in his review of a recent chapter, and that it struck a chord with him too.
