This plan assumes, of course, that Julia's parents aren't in a position with Techilogic where they could just get a new one, and if they are what I'm guessing they are, they have a close relationship of some sort.

Interesting thought, though regardless of whether or not Julia's parents are close to Techilogic, legally obtained PMRDs are incapable of affecting unauthorized targets, meaning Julia needs this one to be able to do her dirty work.

Well, we're close to the beginning of the end, if that makes sense. The final events of the story are going to last for a decent number of chapters. Shit's gonna go a little haywire.
