Well, I have to confess, the wait was so long, I almost overlooked this chapter, completely! Lucky for you, I was perusing page 3 of "Most Recent" out of pure boredom!
It was well worth the wait, though, just to finally learn the truth. It's Up-Chuck who was the traitor? Oh, I can't wait to see what poetic justice you have in store for him!!!

Brilliantly done. It always boggles my mind how many 5-star rated stories there are on this site that don't even approach the quality of your work. There are many talented authors here, but in my opinion, you're the best by a mile.

"Curious" isn't the right word; I'd say "tantalized", but "this chapter made you tantalized" sounds worse than awful (keep in mind that last time I founc the story with 54 chapters already written, so I'll have to slow down my pace a lot :)
I can't help thinking that Jack lost a great opportunity to let some his anger out (as jealousy of course), but I guess that could have been risky.
And then the chapter ends... how you can still surprise us after so many chapters is beyond me, but it seems that you keep on doing it.
My only serious critique is that you said the story is divided in four acts; experimental evidence indicates some ~20 chapters per act, at 4months/chapter... I f***ing hate you! ;p

Thanks for reading/reviewing! Your guess on Jack's opportunity is not a bad one, and you may see some pay-off for it in the next chapter (hint hint). Glad to know I can still surprise at 50+ chapters though. Act 3 is going to be a tad shorter than the previous 2, we're probably ~5 away, and the same will probably go for Act 4.

More than curious, more like excitement. Hasn't seem like 6 months in period between chapters. It so well written it's seem like a week apart.
This is one of my favorite story's. So I'm hoping it won't be the 4-6 months. Soon as possible would be great, I vote for that one.
