If I were Buffy, I would say: "The first one of you who beats Rose Crusher to a pulp is the one who stays!"

Or, better yet: Buffy can simply tear Rose's head off, herself, in order to absorb the latter's Quickening (or whatever you call GTS-goddess essence)!
