Interesting. For a moment I thought it would reverse both of them, turning Noah into Naomi and Tanji into a human. Either that or with what they were doing I thought Noah would turn into Naomi and fall inside Tanji's womanhood. Still it is good. Though i do hope Naomi returns to her normal mouse form simply because it has a bigger chance of her being swallowed. Maybe with a reversal where Tanjo gets turned into a Mouse girl as well and they both get swallowed by someone hopefully unaware. Looking forward to the next chapter.

The constant name interactions are a bit confusing, especially since they are not common names. Other than that, an interesting story so far.
The different engineered characters are nice; yet a bit hard to follow as their identities are similar in name, as in many starting with the letter "M" are comparable to homonyms.
Am looking forward to where this story goes. It's actually quite good and intriguing. Can't wait to read more, well done so far/
