Your story is getting better and better.  Why couldn't I ever have a boss like Mary {sigh}?

I am curious, what exactly is Lizzy planning to do with those other people she mentioned at the end of the last chapter?  Guess we shall all see in future chapters; but it now seems as though she has an office full of another nine remaining employees to pray upon.

Really great story, with one MAJOR exception, drinking in his own cum?  EWE!  Not cool.  Think of it this way, licking a woman's butt, HOT.  Tasting your own butt, NOT hot.

Ok, all personal objections aside, you have the beginnings of a terrific story.  Always love the Dominatrix side of size stories, coupled with turning a full grown male into a babbling breast fed baby, just about every tiny guys' fantasy.
